The fixed portion includes a base and one of a male portion including a projection or a female portion defining an interior portion. The replaceable portion includes an other of the female portion defining the interior portion or the male portion including the projection. The interior portion of the female portion is shaped to receive the projection of the male portion to removably couple the replaceable portion to the male portion.

Adornment assembly for an article
An adornment assembly for an article has a base assembly made up of a plurality of layers in stacked relationship. A first of the layers has a thickness between oppositely facing first and second surfaces. A second layer has a thickness between oppositely facing third and fourth surfaces. The first surface is for application to an exposed surface on an article. The base assembly has an exposed surface on one of the layers that faces oppositely to the first surface. A discrete component has a thickness between oppositely facing surfaces and is applied to the base assembly so that one of the oppositely facing component surfaces is exposed for viewing together with the exposed surface on the one of the plurality of layers on the base assembly. At least a part of the thickness of the discrete component resides within the combined thickness of the base assembly.
CAP OR HAT DECORATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
Embodiments include a cap or hat decoration method by providing a press including a lower platen and upper platen, and coupling a pad to the lower platen, where the pad is dimensioned based on one or more dimensions of the cap or hat, and positioning the cap or hat onto at least a portion of the pad. Further, the method includes positioning at least one decoration onto at least a portion of the cap or hat, where the at least one decoration includes a heat-activated adhesive, and heating and compressing the decoration onto the cap or hat by compressing the cap or hat and decoration between the lower platen and upper platen.
Illuminated garment and accessories
An illuminated garment is provided including at least three panels including a flexible fabric back panel, a flexible fabric front panel, and a planar light panel. The flexible fabric back panel forms the interior of the garment to be positioned adjacent to a person's body. The flexible fabric front panel forms the exterior of the garment. The planar light panel produces light and is positioned between the back panel and front panel. Preferably, a blackout layer is positioned on the interior side of the front panel to be adjacent said light panel. The flexible fabric front panel includes one or more openings in the form of decorative designs which permit the passage of light from the planar light panel.
