Wearable device
An apparatus is configured for use with a garment having an opening. The apparatus comprises a wearable device with fasteners. The device has utility separately from the garment. The fasteners are attached to the device separately form the garment, and are arranged to fasten the device to the garment at multiple locations spaced apart about a periphery of the opening to support the device in a mounted position over the opening.
TWO-PIECE INTERLOCKING SYSTEM FOR TEMPORARY, PERMANENT, OR INTERCHANGEABLE ATTACHMENT BETWEEN RECEPTIVE HEADPIECE AND COSTUME HEADWEAR COMPONENTS CONTAINING BUILT-IN PROGRAMMABLE LED LIGHTS AND SOUND RESPONSIVE CAPABILITIES
A method for producing realistic, lightweight, scaled to size facsimiles of animal antlers, horns and other three-dimensional objects for costume headwear, and a system of interlocking components that provide interchangeability, adaptability and versatility in costume looks. Costume components contain LED lights and a sound sensor, providing environmentally responsive capabilities with programmed responses (e.g.: flashing light patterns) when activated (e.g.: in response to music or cheering in a stadium). The system includes an adaptor to retrofit hats, and a headband designed for pets.
HAT WITH INTERCHANGEABLE AND FULLY ADJUSTABLE CLOSURE BANDS
A hat having a closure band which is removably attached to the hat is disclosed. The hat may have a sweatband that is sewn in place to the perimeter portion of the hat along the bottom of the perimeter portion as well as at a distance above the bottom portion to create a loop aperture. The sweatband and the closure band may have adjustable fastening devices such as a hook and loop material (e.g., Velcro). The closure band may be removably attached to the hat by adjusting the length to accommodate the circumference of a wearer's head, and may be removable attached onto the hook and loop material on the sweatband. Hence, a wearer may remove and replace the closure band with another closure band having a different color, logo, or material to show support for another sports team.
Flexible Fit Cap with Memory Foam Headband
A cap configured to be worn on a wearer's head includes a crown characterized by a substantially elliptical opening that has a circumference and one or more radii normal to the circumference, a bill connected to the crown, and a substantially elliptical sweatband connected to the crown. The sweatband has a front portion that is compliant in a radial direction and a back portion that is flexible in an axial direction. The front portion includes a front contact layer configured to be in contact with the wearer's head, a concealed backing layer adjacent to the crown, and a compliant layer between the front contact layer and the concealed backing layer. The compliant layer is compliant in the radial direction. The back portion has a rear contact layer configured to be in contact with the wearer's head and a concealed support layer.
Graduation cap
A graduation cap system includes a board member, a fabric cover, and a skull cap. The board member has a major surface with at least one receiver body. The receiver body is configured to removably affix an at least one decoration body to the board member. The receiver body is disposed in at least one recess formed in the major surface of the board member, and secured to the board member. The fabric cover is disposed on both the major surface of the board member and the receiver body. The skull cap is disposed on an underside of the board member opposite the major surface, and is configured to be worn on a head of a user.
HELMET AND INFORMATION CARRIER
A helmet including a protective head covering, information carrier, adhesive, and flap. The information carrier includes a first panel having a terminal edge, and a second panel having a fold line. The second panel is joined to the first panel to define a pouch having an interior space and an opening to the interior space. The opening is defined by the terminal edge disposed proximately to the first panel below the fold line. The adhesive is configured to affix the first panel to the exterior surface. The flap is pivotally attached to the second panel about the fold line, wherein the second panel is bendable away from the exterior surface at least between the terminal edge and the fold line to enable the flap to pivot about the fold line toward the exterior surface in connection with insertion of the flap into and removal of the flap from the opening.
Interactive therapeutic headwear
Interactive therapeutic devices for wear on a head of a user are provided herein, along with kits including the interactive therapeutic device and an activity book, and methods of using the devices and kits. Contemplated devices comprise a set of attachment points that removably couple with a set of patches via fastener components. System and Method for Securing Eyewear
A principal objective of the present invention is to provide system for temperately retaining eyeglasses on a user's headwear. This objective is achieved by incorporating magnetic elements on the headwear and eyewear of the user. In one embodiment of the present invention, two magnetic elements are attached to the inside surfaces of the two temple arms of a pair of eyeglasses. Another two magnetic elements are attached to the two sides of a hat permanently or removably. The polarities of the magnetic elements are arranged in such way that when the two temple arms of the eyeglasses are placed in contact to the two sides of the hat from the outside of the hat, the magnetic elements on the eyeglasses and the magnetic elements on the headwear form magnetic element coupling pairs with attraction magnetic force. When the eyeglasses are not in use and need to be temporarily stored away from the eyes, the user can lift them to the crown or above the brim of the hat. The corresponding magnetic element coupling pairs will attach the temple arms of the eyeglasses to the side of the hat.
