Modular Footwear and Method of Manufacturing
Modular footwear and a method of manufacturing that uses pre-manufactured outsoles each with a plurality of clips that fit into recessed clip openings formed on the top surface of the outsole. Disposed over the outsole is a mid-sole pad with clip openings configured to be aligned and registered over the clips located on the outsole. Disposed over the outsole is a shoe upper with a plurality of hook members configured to attached to the clips located on the outsole. Disposed inside the shoe upper is air upper sole pad that covers the mid-sole pad. Because different shoe uppers may be used with the same outsole, footwear retailers only need to carry a limited number of outsoles and a wide selection of shoe uppers to offer a wide variety of different styles on footwear. Customers can purchase different shoe uppers and exchange them on the outsoles to create different styles of footwear.
Footwear
Footwear is provided and comprises a bottom part comprising a sole and an integral rear upper section, and a separate top part comprising a front upper section. The parts are releasably connected to each other by a releasable fastener. Each part provides a fastener half and each fastener half has a start and an end. The rear upper section of the bottom part includes a heel cap portion. The top part comprises two ends at a rear part thereof and the ends are connected by a strap positioned between the start and end of the top half fastener, and a movable flap is provided and extends over the inside surface of at least part of the heel cap portion. The releasable fastener is a zipper fastener, in which each fastener half has a zipper track with a plurality of teeth, and the number of teeth on the halves is exactly the same.
METHODS OF FORMING AN ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR WITH A MULTIPART STROBEL STRUCTURE AND ARTICLES FORMED BY THE SAME
Methods of forming an article of footwear using a multipart strobel structure and a resulting article of footwear comprising an upper with a transition strip are described. The transition strip that has an outer perimeter edge, an inner perimeter edge, and a width between the outer perimeter edge and the inner perimeter edge, with the inner perimeter edge defining an internal opening of the transition strip, and the inner strobel that has an outer perimeter edge. The inner strobel is positioned in an overlapping relationship with the transition strip and temporarily attached.
Customizable Shoe Assembly
A customizable shoe assembly for altering the appearance of slippers includes a slipper that can be worn on a user's foot. The slipper has a sole, an insole lying on top of the sole to have the user's foot lie thereon and a body to surround the user's foot. A cover is provided and the cover is removably positioned on the slipper for completely covering the slipper. The cover is provided in a variety of colors to alter the appearance of the slipper.
Sandal with magnetically connected upper straps
A sandal with a magnetically connected upper straps uses a sandal sole, multiple strap-attachment coupler, and a removable upper to enable a user to modify the sandal's appearance. The strap-attachment couplers are fasteners which are used to attach the removable upper to the multilayered sole. To accomplish this the strap-attachment couplers includes a connector-receiving receptacle and an upper-fastening mechanism. The removable upper includes multiple strap segments, each of which is connected to a connector insert. Inserting the connector insert into the connector-receiving receptacle enables the upper-fastening mechanism to become coupled to the connector inserts, thus tethering the removable upper to the sandal sole. Additionally, the strap-attachment couplers are distributed across the insole, such that the strap-attachment couplers enable the user to create a desired type of sandal.
ASSEMBLABLE SLIPPER
A slipper that is an assemblable slipper is proposed. The slipper is assembled without use of an adhesive, used with any design as desired by the user, and is easy to carry. The slipper can be assembled, without use of an adhesive by inserting a band into a sole portion and fixing the band with a bed. In effect, when the slipper is carried or is not in use, a space for carrying can be reduced by separating the band from the sole portion, and it is also easy to react to damage or separation of the band. In addition, as it is easy to replace the band, the slipper can be easily replaced with a design as desired by the user. In this regard, the present invention is effective in extending the life of the slipper as a result of replacement of the band.
CONVERTIBLE HIGH HEEL AND FLAT SHOE AND METHOD OF USE
A convertible high heel and flat shoe, comprising a sole including a heel section; and a high heel piece positionable between a high heel mode where the high heel piece supports the heel section and a flat shoe mode where the high heel piece is received within the sole.
DANCING SHOE, SOLE/TOE UNIT, UPPER SHOE, AND KIT CONSISTING OF A SOLE OR A SOLE/TOE UNIT AND AN UPPER SHOE
A dancing shoe is described. The latter has a sole with an inner side and an outer side, which sole extends in a longitudinal direction from a rear end to a front end. The outer side of the sole has a plurality of incisions. Moreover, an upper shoe is provided, which is connected to the sole and has a foot section. To connect the upper shoe to the sole, the foot section of the upper shoe has, on its underside, at least one recess through which elongate connection elements extend which, in the state when the dancing shoe is being worn, are received at least in some regions in incisions of the outer side of the sole.
