Wherein the piezoelectric module generates the electrical energy through stepping on the insole, and then turns into the heat energy through the resistive heating chip, thereby generating a temperature for the insole, so the insole with heat generating system can adjust the temperature appropriately, its safety is high, most importantly, the invention does not need to add the battery to generate heat.

The power source selectively energizes ones of the transmit coils, selected according to a statistical analysis of an historical record and the electrical response indicative of the energy efficiency meeting a minimum efficiency criterion for energy transfer to the receive coil.

The spring is configured to maintain the plunger within a contact-position when at rest. This contact-position occurs when the plunger is maximally distal to the spring. The actuator is able to draw the plunger against the spring and release the plunger in repetition when energized, enacting a massaging action. The controller is able to selectively engage the actuators.

Shoe insole and generator

Linear movement of a heel strike sequence for a shoe insole can be converted into rotational movement. This rotational movement can cause rotation of an interior of a generator. Rotation of this interior of the generator can cause an electricity to be generated and outputted. The generator can be considered a source of damping, so at the start of the heel strike sequence the generator can be non-engaged. After some time, the generator can be engaged and in turn rotate. This can allow for standing inertia to be more quickly overcome.

The chambers can be coupled to second end portions of the conduits such that the fluid flows from the fluid pumps, through the conduits, and into the chambers. The chambers can be configured to enhance the desired thermal transport characteristics of the fluid for thermal transfer adjacent to a wearer's body.
