A wearable weight scale, including an extensible fluid-filled insole for measuring and producing data relating to pressure changes within the extensible fluid-filled insole; a transceiver disposed about the extensible fluid-filled insole for transmitting the data; and one or more electronic devices for wirelessly receiving the transmitted data for displaying the data to a user.

A foot support for a prosthetic boot has a shape-holding layer and cushion layers on opposite sides of the shape-holding layer. Covers made of nylon and vinyl laminates surround the layers. The vinyl laminates are fused by welding edges of the cover around the foot support. The edge welding surrounds the foot support. An inner parallel welding holds a valve and forms an inflation passage. The inner welding continues around concave curved edges of the shape-holding and cushion layers and terminates where it rejoins the outer welding, forming an inflatable tarsal and metatarsal supporting chamber. A small hard pump has two ends to either increase or reduce pressure in the supporting chamber.

Disclosed is an air cushion insole comprising: a base; a cushion cover bonded to an upper surface of the base and provided with a cushioning portion convexly shaped to form an internal sealed air space; and a cushion retaining portion formed inside the cushioning portion and provided with a shaping portion shaped to match the cushioning portion and a rib structure extending by a predetermined length from the inside of the shaping portion toward the base side to maintain a cushioning space while preventing excessive distortion of the cushioning portion.

Disclosed is an air cushion insole comprising: a base; a cushion cover bonded to an upper surface of the base and provided with a cushioning portion convexly shaped to form an internal sealed air space; and a cushion retaining portion formed inside the cushioning portion and provided with a shaping portion shaped to match the cushioning portion and a rib structure extending by a predetermined length from the inside of the shaping portion toward the base side to maintain a cushioning space while preventing excessive distortion of the cushioning portion.

An orthotic insole with a contoured support surface to conform to the underside of a foot. An arch support is provided by an inflatable bladder located within the insole and having a pump in the heel region of the insole to allow adjustment of the bladder. A valve is provided at the side of the bladder to release air from the bladder.

An insole inclusive of a hooked pad has an upper layer and a lower layer which meet and define a closed space for containing a gas flowing therein. The hooked pad is defined and divided into a bottom portion, long end portion, and short end portion. The bottom portion connects with the long end portion and the short end portion, with the bottom portion corresponding in position to a heel, the long end portion corresponding in position to the medial longitudinal arch, and the short end portion corresponding in position to the lateral longitudinal arch. Due to its special structure, the insole provides sufficient support, renders walking or running smooth, gives comfort to the foot, makes lengthy standing less tiring, has a long service life, and incurs low production costs.

An interconnected multicompartmental pressure redistribution system that is able to precisely identify contact pressure points and address excess pressure on the body by redistributing the pressure in real time. Sensors that are part of a matrix of fluid substance-filled interactive pixels communicate with a microcontroller that may also be in wireless communication with a smart device. The microcontroller controls the individual fluid flow regulators located between the interactive pixels. This causes specific flow regulators to open, allowing the fluid substance to flow from one interactive pixel to another, redistributing pressure, as needed.

An interconnected multicompartmental pressure redistribution system that is able to precisely identify contact pressure points and address excess pressure on the body by redistributing the pressure in real time. Sensors that are part of a matrix of fluid substance-filled interactive pixels communicate with a microcontroller that may also be in wireless communication with a smart device. Provided is an elastic cushion for the disposal on a textile footwear item. The cushion, in a state when disposed on the sole of a foot, on the side that faces the foot has a shape that is complementary to the arch of the foot. Also provided is a footwear item from a textile material, having at least one cushion as above described that is disposed on the footwear item.
