WALKING-ASSISTED AIR-JET INSOLE
A walking-assisted air-jet insole includes an insole base. A plurality of pressed-air outlet units that can generate airflow based on stepping pressure are provided on the insole base; the pressed-air outlet unit includes a cavity for retaining air. An upper part of the insole base is provided with an upper air hole that communicates with the cavity, and a lower part of the insole base is provided with an air sac part that is elastically deformed and restored based on the stepping pressure. A volume of the cavity can be changed based on the elastic deformation and restoration of the air sac part. A lower end of the air sac part is provided with a convex column that moves up and down based on the stepping pressure. The cavity includes an upper cavity portion and a lower cavity portion from top to bottom.
Dual-layer insole apparatuses for diabetic foot lesion prevention and related methods
Dual-layer insole apparatuses for diabetic foot lesion prevention and related methods are provided. Some insole apparatuses have a body defining a plurality of cavities configured to be coupled to a fluid source. The fluid source can deliver fluid to vary internal pressures of the cavities. The body further defines an insole-shaped structure.

Multistructural shock absorbing system for anatomical cushioning
A shock absorbing system for impact energy dissipation employs removable unitary cells of compressible members in communication with a reservoir and containing a first working fluid. Resilient structural members may be placed intermediate the compressible members to deform responsive to compression to provide both energy dissipation and resilient recovery of the compression cylinders to their uncompressed state.

Process for producing anti-gravity balance massage type buffer convection airbag and airbag cushion
Disclosed in the present invention are a process for producing an anti-gravity balance massage type buffer convection airbag and an airbag cushion. The production process comprises the steps of preparing materials, laminating, preparing an upper cushion body, preparing a lower cushion body, laminating the upper cushion body and the lower cushion body, and shaping to obtain a finished product. The production process and the airbag cushion can produce anti-gravity and buffer convection effects while increasing the force area, and have the effects of balance and massage.
Article of footwear having a flexible fluid-filled chamber
An article of footwear may include an upper forming a void within the footwear, a sole structure secured to the upper, and a chamber that encloses a pressurized fluid. The sole structure includes a depression. The chamber is located within the void of the upper and located on the depression of the sole structure. The chamber may include a plurality of fluid-filled subchambers, a manifold, and a connection fluidically-connected at least one of the subchambers to the manifold. The subchambers may enclose the pressurized fluid at different pressures. The subchambers may be separated from one another by a bonded area in the direction extending between the heel and toe of the chamber.

SOMATOSENSATION DEVICE FOR LOSS OF FEELING IN THE FOOT
A device can comprise a force actuation system at least partially disposed in a shoe assembly. The force actuation system can be a passive or active actuation system. The force actuation system can be configured to determine the foot pressure during use of the device. The device can further comprise a force indication system including a plurality of force sensors and a light array, each force sensor disposed in an insole assembly and the light array mounted to the person.
Adaptive Insole for Rehabilitation of Foot Injuries
An insole for offloading injuries on an area of a plantar surface of a patient's foot includes a body having a shape corresponding to the plantar surface of the patient's foot including a top surface and a bottom surface; and at least one supportive, deformable, deflatable bubble chamber. The at least one bubble chamber extends from the top surface of the body. The at least one bubble chamber is configured to be deflated to relieve pressure on the plantar surface of the patient's foot. A kit including the insole and an article of footwear including a sole, an upper connected about a periphery of the sole defining an interior of the article of footwear, and the insole positioned in the interior of the article, are also provided.
