Carbon dioxide adsorbents are provided. The carbon dioxide adsorbents include a polymeric amine and a porous support on which the polymeric amine is supported. the polymeric amine consists of a polymer skeleton containing nitrogen atoms and branched chains bonded to the nitrogen atoms of the polymer skeleton. Each of the branched chains contains at least one nitrogen atom. the polymeric amine is modified by substitution of at least one of the nitrogen atoms of the polymer skeleton or the branched chains with a hydroxyl group-containing carbon chain.

The present disclosure presents hydrogel compositions for use in the treatment of an ocular disorder (e.g., a retinal disease) and methods of treating an ocular disorder in a subject in need thereof with the hydrogel compositions. The hydrogel compositions can include hydroxyphenylpropionic acid (gelatin-HPA), hyaluronic acid-tyramine (HA-Tyr), a catalyzer (e.g., horseradish peroxidase (HRP)), a cell, a crosslinker (e.g., hydrogen peroxide), or any combination thereof. The methods include administering a therapeutically effective amount of a composition into an eye of the subject, wherein the composition includes any of the hydrogel compositions of the disclosure.

Composite materials containing benzoxazines and method for making the same
A curable composition containing more than 80% by weight of a blend of benzoxazines, wherein the blend includes (A) one or more multifunctional benzoxazines and (B) a liquid, non-halogenated monofunctional benzoxazine. This composition has been found to be stable at high temperatures, e.g. 180° C.-250° C., and suitable for making composite materials using conventional techniques such as prepregging and liquid resin infusion.

CATALYTIC POROUS POLYMER FOR SELECTIVE CAPTURE AND REDUCTION OF CARBON DIOXIDE
A catalytic carbon capture material is provided. The catalytic carbon capture material includes a microporous polymer including a Tröger's base moiety, and a transition metal is coordinated within the microporous polymer. The catalytic carbon capture material selectively captures carbon dioxide (CO.sub.2) and also is a catalyst that simultaneously converts the captured carbon dioxide into one or more carbon dioxide-based products. A method of making the catalytic carbon capture material and a method of selective carbon dioxide capture and conversion are also provided.
