PHOTOCHROMIC COMPOUND, PHOTOCHROMIC CURABLE COMPOSITION, CURED BODY, LENS AND EYEGLASSES
The present invention aims to provide a photochromic compound capable of exhibiting photochromic properties regardless of matrix, and the compound is stably dispersed without aggregation in a process of molding (curing) an optical base material. According to the present invention, a polymer photochromic compound, which has a block polymeric group of an oligomeric chain group having relatively favorable compatibility with a solid matrix and an oligomeric chain group having poor compatibility with a solid matrix, forms a nano- to micro-phase separation structure in a solid matrix. The compound does not rely on the solid matrix, its dispersibility is improved and aggregation is prevented or reduced, whereby excellent photochromic properties can be exhibited.

Antibacterial leather, preparation method and application thereof
An antibacterial leather uses the organic silica gel as the main component, uses the carboxymethyl chitosan silver as the antibacterial factor, and uses the modified nano-silica and the modified layered double oxide as the flame retardant factor. The synergistic effects between the components, such as the good binding between carboxymethyl chitosan silver and the substrate, the synergistic flame retardant effect between flame retardant factors, the bonding effect between modified nano-silica and dimethicone, and the synergistic effect between the high-viscosity dimethicone and the low-viscosity dimethicone are utilized to improve the process, thereby obtaining a good antibacterial, flame retardant and other properties, meanwhile meeting the requirement for the material mechanical properties and environmental protection.
SELF-ADHESIVE SILICONE GEL COMPOSITION AND SILICONE GEL COMPRISING CURED PRODUCT THEREOF
This addition reaction curing-type self-adhesive silicone gel composition has a predetermined amount of a specific non-functional organopolysiloxane added thereto, has predetermined amounts of a specific carboxylic acid metal salt and a partial hydrolysis-condensation product of a specific hydrolysable silane added thereto, and can be used to provide a silicone gel cured product that has sufficient adhesiveness to a metal substrate made of copper, aluminum, or the like, that can prevent generation of voids or detachment after adhesion even under high temperature conditions, and that has a high dielectric strength.
SILICON-CONTAINING POLYMER, FILM-FORMING COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR FORMING SILICON-CONTAINING POLYMER COATING, METHOD FOR FORMING SILICA COATING, AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR SILICON-CONTAINING POLYMER
The present invention aims to provide: a novel silicon-containing polymer that is alkali soluble or is soluble in an alkaline aqueous solution by using heat, etc.; a film-forming composition including the silicon-containing polymer; a method for forming a silicon-containing polymer coating using the film-forming composition; a method for forming a silica coating using the film-forming composition; and a production method for the silicon-containing polymer. The silicon-containing polymer including at least either a polysiloxane chain or oligosiloxane chain or a polysilane chain or oligosilane chain in the molecular chain thereof has a group that has e.g., a carboxy or carboxylic acid ester group and a sulfide group, introduced to the molecular chain as a result of an ene-thiol reaction.
COMPOSITION FOR FORMING SILICON-CONTAINING RESIST UNDERLAYER FILM, PATTERNING PROCESS, AND SILICON COMPOUND
The present invention is a composition for forming a silicon-containing resist underlayer film, containing one or both of a hydrolysis product and a hydrolysis condensate of one or more silicon compounds (A-1) shown by the following general formula (1). This provides: a composition for forming a silicon-containing resist underlayer film with which it is possible to form a resist underlayer film having favorable adhesiveness to resist patterns regardless of whether in negative development or positive development, and also having favorable adhesiveness to finer patterns as in EUV photo-exposure; a patterning process; and a silicon compound.
