CHITIN REGENERATIVE HYDROGEL AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
The present invention discloses a chitin regenerative hydrogel and a preparation method and application thereof, which belong to the technical field of energy materials. The preparation method of the chitin regenerative hydrogel comprises the following steps: 1, performing heating dissolution and cooling molding on chitin and ionic liquid to obtain chitin-ionic liquid gel; and S2, soaking the chitin-ionic liquid gel into alkaline solution to obtain the chitin regenerative hydrogel. The chitin-ionic liquid gel and the chitin regenerative hydrogel that are prepared in the present invention have good restoring capacity and thixotropy capacity. The chitin-ionic liquid gel is soaked into potassium hydroxide aqueous solution for replacement to obtain the chitin-based regenerative hydrogel, the chitin-based regenerative hydrogel is taken as a polymer electrolyte diaphragm for assembling a supercapacitor, and the obtained capacitor has higher specific capacitance and charging/discharging efficiency, and good rate capability and reversibility.

The present invention relates to a method of producing a chitin oligomer, including subjecting chitin-containing biomass to partial hydrolysis while pulverizing the chitin-containing biomass with a pulverization apparatus in the co-presence of water and an acid catalyst selected from phosphoric acid, nitrous acid, and an organic acid (Method 1); a method of producing N-acetylglucosamine, including hydrolyzing a chitin oligomer obtained by the Method 1 by adding water thereto, followed by heating (Method 2); and a method of producing a 1-O-alkyl-N-acetylglucosamine, including alcoholyzing a chitin oligomer by adding an alcohol thereto (Method 3).
Water-soluble, high-molecular-weight chitosan powders
The poor water solubility of high molecular weight chitosan has limited its use in areas such as food and beverage products, post-harvest treatments, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products, medical treatments, and environmental pollution treatments. Disclosed is a high-molecular-weight, solid-state chitosan powder that is completely water-soluble.
COMPOSITION COMPRISING CARTILAGE INGREDIENT FOR REGENERATION OF CARTILAGE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
A composition includes a cartilage component for regeneration of cartilage and a manufacturing method therefor. A composition for regeneration of cartilage, in which a micronized cartilage powder is physically mixed with a biocompatible polymer or a chemically crosslinked biocompatible polymer. When applied, the composition can increase morphological retention and ease of use at cartilage injury sites.
Chitosan-Based Beads, and Preparation, Compositions and Uses Thereof
The invention relates to beads and a composition comprising an aqueous phase comprising a plurality of beads, the beads comprising or consisting in a hydrogel matrix comprising at least one carboxyalkyl chitosan having glucosamine units, N-acetyl-glucosamine units and glucosamine units substituted with a carboxyalkyl group, the carboxyalkyl chitosan being crosslinked by covalent bonds between the carboxyalkyl chitosan chains and/or co-crosslinked by covalent bonds with one or more other polymers.
The invention also relates to processes for their preparation and applications thereof.
HYDROGEL OF CHONDROITIN SULFATE FUNCTIONALIZED WITH PHENOL DERIVATIVE AND USE THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to a hydrogel including chondroitin sulfate functionalized with a phenol derivative, and a composition for cell culture, a composition for promoting cell differentiation, a composition for drug delivery, a composition for promoting tissue regeneration and a composition for tissue transplant, each including the hydrogel. The hydrogel can be advantageously used in the field of tissue engineering.
Filter for the exchange of heat and moisture for application in the medical field and procedure for the production thereof
Filter made entirely with natural and biodegradable materials, for the protection of the respiratory tract of patients in the medical-surgical field and process for making it. The filter has a porosity or 80-98% and pore diameters of 100-350 micrometers and the pores have a shape of channels open at the ends, which are parallel to each other. The filter is obtained by preparing an aqueous solution of chitosan and an aqueous solution of gelatin, mixing them, pouring it into a container, keeping the container closed until obtaining a hydrogel and freeze-drying. A cross-linking step takes place by (a) adding a chemical cross-linker to the mixture of the chitosan and gelatine solutions and cross-linking before freeze-drying, or (b) subjecting the freeze-drying product to a thermal dehydration treatment.
Preparation method and use of crosslinked hydrogel for muscle stem cell culture
The present disclosure discloses a preparation method and use of a crosslinked hydrogel for muscle stem cell culture, and belongs to the technical field of biological food materials. Chitosan, alginate, dextran and Ca.sup.2+ are crosslinked through physical crosslinking to form a double-network hydrogel with a high mechanical strength, the hydrogel is coated with heparin and collagen through dip coating, such that the hydrogel can immobilize growth factors and adhere to cells. Meanwhile, extracted primary muscle stem cells are inoculated onto the hydrogel and cultured in a growth medium (79% of DMEM, 10% of FBS and 1% of double antibodies) for 24 h. The cells are cultured in an incubator with a differential medium (97% of DMEM, 2% of horse serum and 1% of double antibodies) for 7 d. The hydrogel can enhance the absorption to nutrient substances by the muscle stem cells and facilitate growth of the muscle stem cells. The double-network hydrogel has the potential to be a scaffold for growth of muscle stem cells for cultured meat from stem cells.

Porous material for the inclusion of cytologic preparations, process for obtaining the same and its use
The present invention relates to a porous material for inclusion of cytological preparations such as for example the material taken from procedures of fine needle aspiration with high effectiveness level. The effectiveness consists in quantitative and qualitative advantages: the proposed porous material has a high affinity for the cellular material which is captured and kept in the meshes by forming a kind of tissue without losing cellular elements thus with a quantitative advantage with respect to the traditional methods. Moreover, the material proposed in the patent is provided with wide cells delimited by thin meshes, this allows a wide diffusion of the fixative by optimizing the morphology preservation of the cytological sample; such qualitative advantage translates into optimum yield of the ancillary methods for studying the pathology.
