METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TRIM ELEMENT WITH A GENUINE CARBON APPEARANCE
The invention relates to a method for producing a trim element for vehicles which has a genuine carbon appearance, comprising a carbon fiber layer which is arranged on an exposed side of the trim element and is visible from the outside, and which is made of a fiber structure composed of prefabricated carbon fibers with interstices, with the method comprising at least the process step of wet impregnating the prefabricated carbon fiber layer with an aqueous polymer dispersion based on polyurethane, acrylate or polyvinyl acetate or a mixture thereof, so that the polymer dispersion penetrates at least partially into the carbon fiber layer, increasing the suitability thereof for penetration of a coating into the interstices of the fiber structure of the carbon layer.
Resin material structure of slide fastener element having rubber layer
The disclosure discloses a method for forming a rubber layer on a surface of a resin material. In the method, painting is first performed on the surface of the resin material to form a painting layer, using a paint to which a pigment has been added; then, rubber coating is performed to form a rubber layer on the painting layer. The method of the disclosure may be used in surface treatment of a fastener product. The disclosure further discloses a slide fastener, a buckle and a snap button using the method of the disclosure. The method of the disclosure may solve a conventional problem that a rubber coating is likely to fall off a resin surface, and the rubber on the surface of the resultant fastener product is less likely to fall off.
Surface material for coating melamine resin laminates
The present invention relates to the use of an abrasion-resistant surface material for the coating of melamine resin laminates and to a laminate comprising the surface material used in accordance with the invention, and to a method for producing the laminate.
Particulate Carbon Material Producible From Renewable Raw Materials And Method For Its Production
The present invention relates to a particulate carbon material that can be produced from renewable raw materials, in particular from biomass containing lignin, comprising: a MC content that corresponds to that of the renewable raw materials, said content being preferably greater than 0.20 Bq/g carbon, especially preferably greater than 0.23 Bq/g carbon, but preferably less than 0.45 Bq/g carbon in each case; a carbon content in relation to the ash-free dry substance of between 60 ma. % and 80 ma. %; an STSA surface area of the primary particles of at least 5 m.sup.2/g and at most 200 m.sup.2/g; and an oil absorption value (OAN) of between 50 ml/100 g and 150 ml/100 g. The present invention also relates to a method for producing said carbon material and to the use thereof.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTIC SUBSTRATE, AND FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTIC SUBSTRATE AND INTEGRATED MOLDING THEREOF
A method is described for producing a fiber-reinforced plastic substrate that simultaneously satisfies three points of joinability, mechanical characteristics, and productivity, the method including the following components [A], [B], and [C], wherein at least the following drawing step, first impregnating step, second impregnating step, and take-up step are continuously and sequentially performed while the component [A] is caused to run:
[A] a reinforcing fiber
[B] a thermoplastic resin
[C] a thermosetting resin <drawing step> step of drawing a continuous reinforcing fiber sheet containing the component [A]; <first impregnating step> step of impregnating either the component [B] or the component [C] from one surface of the continuous reinforcing fiber sheet to obtain a fiber-reinforced plastic intermediate in which either the component [B] or the component [C] is disposed on a first surface; <second impregnating step> step of impregnating the other of the component [B] or the component [C] from a second surface opposite to the first surface to obtain a fiber-reinforced plastic substrate; and <take-up step> step of taking up the fiber-reinforced plastic substrate.

ARTICLE REINFORCED BY MULTI-DIMENSIONAL FIBERS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE ARTICLE
In order to solve problems of strength and volume of part, the invention provides an article reinforced by multi-dimensional fibers and a method for manufacturing the article. The article includes a core portion and a shell layer portion. The core portion is made of thermoplastic resin and the fibers in which a majority of and a minority of the fibers are respectively arranged in a major and a minor directions. The method includes: preparing a core portion made of thermoplastic resin and the fibers in which a majority of and a minority of the fibers are respectively arranged in a major and a minor directions, loading the core portion into a mold, and forming a shell layer portion in the mold to enclose the core portion. The article manufactured by the method of this invention can reduce the weight and increase the strength of the parts.
