A method for depositing a silicon dioxide layer on a combustible and/or, in particular easily, inflammable carrier material (2, 2) for the formation of a package, in particular suitable for foodstuffs, with the following steps, in particular with the following sequence: coating of the carrier material with a silicon dioxide precursor solution prepared by dissolving an oligomeric, silicate, preferably a silicic acid tetramethyl ester homopolymer, in a solvent, said silicon dioxide precursor solution having a water content less than 5 vol. %, and hardening of the silicon dioxide precursor solution and thus forming the silicon dioxide layer on the carrier material in an at least partially vaporous ammonia atmosphere at: a temperature between 5 C. and 30 C. and/or a pressure between 900 MPa and 1200 MPa.

The present invention relates to an anti-reflective coating composition, to an anti-reflective film using the same, and to a method for manufacturing the anti-reflective film, wherein the anti-reflective coating composition can form a coating layer having a low refractive index. More particularly, the present invention relates to an anti-reflective film and to a method for manufacturing same, wherein the reflectance of the anti-reflective film is minimized by using an anti-reflective coating composition comprising a siloxane compound prepared by reacting organosilane, which has a fluoroalkyl group and alkoxy silane, as a binder to form a coating layer. The anti-reflective film using the anti-reflective coating composition has excellent anti-reflective effects. Thus, it is expected that the present invention can be applied to various display devices such as those which include touch films.

The present invention relates to an ultra-hydrophilic antireflective coating composition, to an ultra-hydrophilic antireflective film using the same, and to a method for preparing the ultra-hydrophilic antireflective film, wherein the ultra-hydrophilic antireflective coating composition can form a coating layer having a low refractive index and ultra-hydrophilicity. More particularly, the present invention relates to an antireflective film and to a method for preparing same wherein the antireflective film has excellent hydrophilicity and minimize the reflectivity by forming the coating layer using an ultra-hydrophilic antireflective coating composition including a siloxane compound as a binder. The ultra-hydrophilic antireflective film using the ultra-hydrophilic antireflective coating composition has excellent antireflective effects and a self-cleaning function. Therefore, it is expected that the ultra-hydrophilic antireflective film can be applied to various display devices such as devices for the outdoors.

Method for pore sealing a porous substrate, comprising: forming a continuous monolayer of a polyimide precursor on a liquid surface, transferring said polyimide precursor monolayer onto the porous substrate with the Langmuir-Blodgett technique, and imidization of the transferred polyimide precursor monolayers, thereby forming a polyimide sealing layer on the porous substrate. Porous substrate having at least one surface on which a sealing layer is provided to seal pores of the substrate, wherein the sealing layer is a polyimide having a thickness of a few monolayers and wherein there is no penetration of the polyimide into the pores.
