Thermoplastic resin composition and molded article manufactured therefrom
A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention is characterized by comprising: about 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin containing a rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer and an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; about 10 to about 30 parts by weight of an antistatic agent; and about 0.01 to about 2 parts by weight of zinc oxide, wherein the antistatic agent comprises at least one of a polyether ester amide block copolymer, a polyalkylene glycol, and a polyamide. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in antibacterial properties, antistatic properties, impact resistance, and the like.
Insulation material
[Problem] To provide an insulation material that has an excellent volume resistivity while retaining the balance among various capabilities including the mechanical strength, the heat resistance, the oil resistance, the bleed-out resistance, the plasticizer migration resistance, and the like, equivalent to a resin composition containing an ordinary phthalate ester. [Solution] An insulation material containing a resin composition containing: an ester (i) having one or more constitutional unit represented by the following formula (A) (wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each independently represent an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms); and a resin (ii). ##STR00001##
COPOLYMER COMPRISING AT LEAST THREE BLOCKS: POLYAMIDE BLOCKS, PEG BLOCKS AND OTHER BLOCKS
The present invention relates to elastomeric thermoplastic polymers (ETP) and especially technical polymers with high added value used in varied sectors, such as electronics, motor vehicles or sport. The present invention more particularly relates to copolymers containing polyether blocks and polyamide blocks, abbreviated as PEBA, which have good antistatic properties. Even more particularly, the invention relates to a copolymer containing at least one polyamide (PA) block, at least one polyethylene glycol (PEG) block and at least one block that is more hydrophobic than the PEG block. A subject of the invention is also a process for synthesizing such thermoplastic elastomers which have good antistatic properties and the use thereof in any type of thermoplastic polymer matrix in order to afford this matrix antistatic properties.
Oil solution for carbon fiber precursors and carbon fiber precursor
An oil agent for a carbon fiber precursor is provided that contains a base component, a cationic surfactant, and a nonionic surfactant, wherein the cationic surfactant is a specific nitrogen-containing compound.
Antistatic rubber composition
There is provided a rubber composition in which an antistatic agent is uniformly dispersed and the rubber composition has antistatic ability, coefficient of friction, and wear resistance. A rubber composition includes 7 parts by mass or more of a polyether/polyolefin block copolymer resin with respect to 100 parts by mass of a rubber component, and the total amount or a part of a rubber component is mixed with a polyether/polyolefin block copolymer resin at a temperature that is equal to or higher than a melting point of the polyether/polyolefin block copolymer resin.
