Biasing arrangement for seatbelt buckle
A seatbelt arrangement for restraining an occupant of a vehicle in a seat. The seatbelt arrangement has a latch plate and a buckle to which the latch plate can be locked. The buckle includes a housing having a plurality of sidewalls, a biasing member anchor provided on one of the plurality of sidewalls, and a mounting anchor. A mounting member is connected to the mounting anchor. The mounting member secures the buckle to the vehicle. A biasing member is attached to the biasing member anchor. The biasing member biases the buckle to a stowed position when the seatbelt arrangement is unfastened.
SEAT BELT BUCKLE INSTALLATION JIG AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
A method of installing a seat belt buckle that includes inserting the seat belt buckle into a rear end of a seat belt opening, such that an engagement slot of the seat belt buckle faces a front end of the seat belt opening. The method further includes engaging the engagement slot of the seat belt buckle with a seat belt tongue of a seat belt buckle installation jig and translating the seat belt buckle from an embedded position within the seat belt opening to an extended position with the seat belt buckle installation jig, wherein the seat belt buckle is nearer to the rear end of the seat belt opening in the embedded position than in the extended position. The seat belt buckle installation jig comprises a body comprising a first distal end and a second distal end, and the seat belt tongue is coupled to the first distal end.
NOVEL NON-SLIP ADJUSTABLE MULTIFUNCTIONAL PET TRACTION ROPE
A novel non-slip adjustable multifunctional pet traction rope, including a first webbing, a parachute cord woven handle, a first webbing elastic part, a second webbing, and a pulling handle. A movable ring snap hook, a first D-ring and the parachute rope woven handle are fixedly sewn on the first webbing in sequence. The other end of the first webbing is fixedly sewn with one end of the first webbing elastic part, and the other end of the first webbing elastic part is fixedly sewn with a male buckle. The first webbing is connected to the second webbing. The first webbing is movable sleeved with a fixing square buckle, and the second webbing is movable sleeved with an adjustable hook, an insertion buckle and a second D-ring. The pets can be controlled fixed at waist, arm or other objects to realize a quick fixing and release.
SEAT BELT APPARATUS AND BUCKLE
A buckle has a buckle mechanism with a lock pawl and a latch pin. The latch pin is designed to travel only in a longitudinal or horizontal direction relative to the buckle mechanism. When a latch plate assembly is secured, the latch pin holds the lock pawl in a latched position and prevents accidental release of the latch plate assembly. A release button is coupled to the latch plate retention bar so that all of the effective actuation and other motions are in the longitudinal direction of the buckle mechanism. The buckle mechanism has an ejector mechanism with an ejection spring for ejecting the latch plate assembly.
MAGNETIC BUCKLE ASSEMBLY
A magnetic buckle assembly includes a first buckle component, a second buckle component, a switch, an operating component, a first magnetic component, a second magnetic component and a latch. The switch is movably disposed on the second buckle component. The operating component is linked to the switch. The first magnetic component is disposed on the first buckle component. The second magnetic component is disposed on the switch. The latch is movably disposed on the second buckle component and for engaging with the first buckle component to prevent separation of the first buckle component and the second buckle component. The operating component drives the switch to move to change a direction of a magnetic force of the second magnetic component acting on the first magnetic component when the operating component is operated to disengage the latch from the first buckle component.
SECUREMENT DEVICE FOR USE WITH A VEHICLE SEAT BELT BUCKLE
A securement device for use with a vehicle seat belt buckle. The device includes an integrated latch plate for insertion into a standard vehicle seat belt buckle. It also includes a retention point for attachment, via spring steel clip or other appropriate means, of a personal item such as a personal safety device, holstered smallarm, or related accessories. In alternate embodiments, the device may also incorporate a variety of multitool features and interwoven nylon kernmantle cord for noise reduction.
BABY CARRIER

BIASING ARRANGEMENT FOR SEATBELT BUCKLE
A seatbelt arrangement for restraining an occupant of a vehicle in a seat. The seatbelt arrangement has a latch plate and a buckle to which the latch plate can be locked. The buckle includes a housing having a plurality of sidewalls, a biasing member anchor provided on one of the plurality of sidewalls, and a mounting anchor. A mounting member is connected to the mounting anchor. The mounting member secures the buckle to the vehicle. A biasing member is attached to the biasing member anchor. The biasing member biases the buckle to a stowed position when the seatbelt arrangement is unfastened
Vehicles including pillar garnish assemblies with seat belt latch-receiving structures
A seat belt assembly, a garnish to cover a vehicular pillar and a method of making a vehicular pillar garnish. The garnish used in the assembly cooperates with a belt with a connected latch such that when the latch is disengaged from a corresponding seat belt buckle, a latch-receiving structure with a recessed portion formed in the garnish prevents contact with latch such that vibratory movement imparted to the disengaged latch as a result of vehicular movement does not result in the latch knocking or banging against the garnish. The recessed portion includes more than one region that may be used to provide extra functionality to the garnish, such as one or more of temporary storage for a portable electronic device and seat belt rerouting.
Insert for a child safety seat
An insert for repositioning at least one of the harness straps of a child safety seat in order to accommodate an occupant smaller than the harness is configured to accommodate, wherein the insert is adapted to locate between the child safety seat and the occupant and includes a pair of waist strap guides, each waist strap guide configured to allow a waist strap of the harness to extend through and exit the waist strap guide at a position narrower than where the waist strap exits the child safety seat.
