The present invention provides a 3D printer composition, a 3D printer filament using same, and a method for manufacturing a metal steel product by using the filament, the composition including: 10 wt % to 30 wt % of a polymer binder including 3.5 wt % to 10 wt % of polyacetal, 3.5 wt % to 10 wt % of a polyolefin elastomer, 2 wt % to 6 wt % of a plasticizer, and 1 wt % to 4 wt % of a lubricant; and 70 wt % to 90 wt % of a metal powder.

The polymer composition is particularly well suited for use in three-dimensional printing systems, such as printers that use filament fusion technology. The polymer composition, for instance, can be a feed material in the form of a filament or polymeric pellets. The feed material can be placed in a printer cartridge for insertion into a three-dimensional printing system. In accordance with the present disclosure, a polyoxymethylene polymer is combined with one or more dimensional stabilizing agents for dramatically improving the processing characteristics of the polymer.

An electrode plate includes a current collector and a film layer comprising an active material and an adsorptive polymer disposed on at least one side of the current collector, wherein: the adsorptive polymer satisfies: 3m.sub.1/n35, in which n represent a mass of the adsorptive polymer, and m.sub.1 represents a mass of a first substance that is obtained by: adding the adsorptive polymer to a predetermined electrolytic solution at 45 C. to form a polymer system, allowing the polymer system to stand for 60 hours at 45 C. and for 24 hours at 25 C., and then filtering the polymer system through a 200-mesh screen to obtain the first substance; and the adsorptive polymer further satisfies: 1.00m.sub.2/n1.05, in which m.sub.2 represents a mass of a second substance, that is obtained by drying the first substance at 60 C. for 24 hours.
