Yield-optimized method for producing a polyamide powder composition
The present invention relates to a process for preparing a powder composition based on polyamide(s) with an optimized yield. The process includes a step of recycling a composition based on a polyamide prepolymer having a lower Dv50, by polycondensation of a mixture comprising said composition and one or more monomers in the presence of water. The invention also relates to the powder composition obtained and to the use thereof, especially for coating metal substrates by fluidized bed dip-coating.

Multilayer tube
This is to provide a multilayer tube excellent in interlayer adhesiveness and durability thereof while maintaining various characteristics such as low temperature impact resistance, bursting pressure strength and flexibility. In a multilayer tube having at least two kinds of layers and the both layers are adjacent to each other, an aliphatic polyamide composition constituting one of the layers contains an aliphatic polyamide having a ratio of a number of methylene groups to a number of amide groups of a specific value or more and a copolymerized polyamide having a specific unit, and an elastomeric polymer which may contain a constitutional unit derived from an unsaturated compound having a carboxyl group(s) and/or an acid anhydride group(s).

Porosity reduction by encapsulated polymerizing agents
A method, composition, and article of manufacture. The method can include depositing a layer, which includes a set of particles and a set of microcapsules encapsulating polymerizing agents. The method can also include fusing particles in selected areas of the layer with a laser, and rupturing at least a portion of microcapsules using at least one energy source selected from the laser, an ultraviolet (UV) radiation source, and a heat source. The composition can include a set of particles and a set of microcapsules, each containing a polymerizing agent encapsulated by a degradable shell. The article of manufacture can include fused layers that include fused particles and pores sealed in reactions with polymerizing agents released from degradable microcapsules.
