The method for preparing a coating solution of the present invention comprises the steps of: adding an ultraviolet radical initiator, TMSH (trimethylolpropane tris(3-mercaptopropionate), and TESPMA (3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate) into a solvent containing ethyl acetate or acetone; irradiating the solution with ultraviolet rays to cause a polymerization reaction; and adding a metal precursor to the resulting solution, and then stirring same under a nitrogen atmosphere.
