STOPPER FOR SLIDE FASTENER AND METHOD TO PRODUCE STOPPER FOR SLIDE FASTENER
Provided is a stopper for a slide fastener and a method for manufacturing a stopper for a slide fastener, which can reduce mutual adhesion and defective rates during the painting process. The present invention relates to a coated metal stopper (10) for a slide fastener. The stopper (10) comprises a head (11) and a pair of legs (12) extending from the head (11) in a bifurcated manner. Each of the legs (12) has a recess (20) in the center on its inner surface (12b). The ratio of the depth (D) of the recess (20) to the thickness (E) of each leg (12) of the stopper (10) is 3.8% or more and 18.9% or less. Further, the ratio of the length (L2) of the recess (20) in a longitudinal direction of the stopper (10) to the length (L1) of the stopper (10) in the longitudinal direction can be 13.5% or more and 23.5% or less.

Slider for slide fastener
There is provided a slider for a slide fastener. The slider includes a body, a pull tab, a shaft member, and a coil spring. The pull tab has a base portion, a gripper and a claw portion protruding from the base portion. The shaft member is configured to rotatably support the pull tab relative to the body. The coil spring is attached around the shaft member to urge the gripper to be laid down toward the body. A claw guide portion allows a tip end of the claw portion to protrude into the guide groove. A restricting portion of the body restricts rotation of the pull tab when the pull tab is raised by a predetermined angle from the body. A restricted portion of the pull tab comes in contact with the restricting portion when the pull tab is raised by the predetermined angle from the body.

Hook and loop fastener
A hook and loop fastener includes a first strip having one of loops or hooks and a second strip having another of the loops or the hooks. The first strip has a first longitudinal track orthogonal to the first strip. The second strip has a second longitudinal track, orthogonal to the first longitudinal track. A slider is provided that has an interface disrupting member extends outwardly. A gripping element is provided for manually moving the slider along the first longitudinal track and the second longitudinal track in a first direction and a second direction. Movement of the slider in the first direction brings the first strip into engagement with the second strip. Movement of the slider in the second direction draws the interface disrupting member through the interface between the first strip and the second strip, thereby separating the first strip and the second strip.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EXTRUDED ZIPPERS, ZIPPER GARAGES, CONNECTION TECHNIQUES, AND USES THEREFORE
A slider garage includes an overmolded body, the overmolded body oriented on a zipper, the overmolded body including an overmolded male portion and an overmolded female portion, the overmolded male and female portions positioned on an end of the zipper, such that each is on one side of the zipper, the overmolded male portion being shaped such that it fits in the overmolded female portion in a watertight fashion and the overmolded body is molded over a portion of the zipper.
