Lower stop assembly for quick release slide fasteners

A lower stop assembly for slide fasteners comprises a left stop member and a right stop member. The inside of the right stop member is provided with a right slot and an annular orifice both extending in the direction of the inside, the annular orifice being located at the front end of the right slot and in direct communication with an opening of the right slot. The left stop member can be movably inserted into the opening of the right slot and then released from lateral notches of the right slot. As the left stop member can be released from the lateral notches of the right slot, when the left stop member needs to retreat from the right slot, the left stop member may rotate around the outer lateral wall of the annular orifice under the drive of the left slide fastener belt to come out from the right slot.

Stop member of slide fastener and method of producing slide fastener

Stop member for slide fastener includes: a main body having first and second surfaces; a first superficial region formed at a side of the first surface of the main body; and a slit or interface interposed between the first and second surfaces of the main body. The first superficial region extends over and covers the slit or interface, and has a thickness defined between the first surface and an end of the slit or interface at the side of the first surface.

The slide fastener has a separable bottom end stop, and the separable bottom end stop has at least an insert pin and a box pin. The insert pin has an escape portion provided with an inclined surface or a curved surface along which the thickness dimension of the insert pin decreases in the direction of the tape width toward the side edge that faces the box pin, the escape portion being positioned in the front-end corner portion of a first-surface of the insert pin, the corner portion being positioned along the edge that faces the box pin. This allows the escape portion of the insert pin to function as an interference prevention means, efficiently prevent chain failure in an element row when the slide fastener is bent into a U-shape, and maintain stable engaging.

Stopper for slide fastener and method to produce stopper for slide fastener

Provided is a stopper for a slide fastener and a method for manufacturing a stopper for a slide fastener, which can reduce mutual adhesion and defective rates during the painting process. A coated metal stopper for a slide fastener is provided. The stopper includes a head and a pair of legs extending from the head in a bifurcated manner. Each of the legs has a recess in the center on its inner surface. The ratio of the depth of the recess to the thickness of each leg of the stopper is 3.8% or more and 18.9% or less. Further, the ratio of the length of the recess in a longitudinal direction of the stopper to the length of the stopper in the longitudinal direction can be 13.5% or more and 23.5% or less.

A fastener stop structure includes a first stop portion and a second stop portion. An inner lateral surface of the first stop portion facing the second stop portion is provided with a protruding portion. A size of a portion of the first stop portion where the protruding portion is disposed in a width direction is greater than a size of an element channel of the slider used in a fastener chain in the width direction, and the protruding portion is disposed at a distance from a front end edge of the first stop portion in a length direction. The fastener includes the fastener chain, the slider, and the fastener stop structure. When the slider slides on a pair of element columns along the length direction, the first stop portion and the second stop portion of the fastener stop structure are able to enter the pair of element channels.
