The dielectric welding film is configured to adhere a pair of adherends of the same material or different materials through dielectric heating, the dielectric welding film including a first thermoplastic resin as an A1 component having a predetermined solubility parameter, a second thermoplastic resin as an A2 component having a solubility parameter larger than the solubility parameter of the first thermoplastic resin, and a dielectric filler as a B component. The welding method uses the dielectric welding film.

REPROCESSED MATERIAL OF RECYCLED POLYVINYL BUTYRAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, HOT MELT ADHESIVE AND COMPOSITE MATERIAL FILM
Provided are a reprocessed material of recycled polyvinyl butyral and the method for producing the same. The method comprises steps (A) and (B); step (A): heating a first mixture comprising recycled polyvinyl butyral and an antiblocking agent; and step (B): adding a free radical initiator into the first mixture to undergo a reaction to obtain the reprocessed material of recycled polyvinyl butyral; wherein the free radical initiator comprises an azo compound, an organic peroxide or a combination thereof; the reprocessed material of recycled polyvinyl butyral has a MI of greater than 7 g/10 min at 190° C. and under 2.16 kg of load. The reprocessed material of recycled polyvinyl butyral has excellent reprocessability, so it is applicable to make a hot adhesive and a composite material film.

Provided are a reprocessed material of recycled polyvinyl butyral and the method for producing the same. The method comprises steps (A) and (B); step (A): heating a first mixture comprising recycled polyvinyl butyral and an antiblocking agent; and step (B): adding a free radical initiator into the first mixture to undergo a reaction to obtain the reprocessed material of recycled polyvinyl butyral; wherein the free radical initiator comprises an azo compound, an organic peroxide or a combination thereof; the reprocessed material of recycled polyvinyl butyral has a MI of greater than 7 g/10 min at 190° C. and under 2.16 kg of load. The reprocessed material of recycled polyvinyl butyral has excellent reprocessability, so it is applicable to make a hot adhesive and a composite material film.
POLARIZING PLATE WITH TRANSPARENT ADHESIVE, AND TOUCH PANEL
The present invention aims to provide a polarizing plate with a transparent adhesive which is incorporated in a touch panel used in a personal digital assistant or the like, which is less likely to cause adhesive deposits on a punching blade during a punching process, and which is also less likely to have bubbles formed on an adhering surface of the transparent adhesive to the polarizing plate even with exposure to high temperature and high humidity. The present invention also aims to provide a touch panel incorporating the polarizing plate with a transparent adhesive. The present invention relates to a polarizing plate with a transparent adhesive, including: a polarizing plate; and a transparent adhesive containing a plasticized polyvinyl acetal resin and adhering to the polarizing plate, the polarizing plate having a contact angle with water in conformity with JIS R-3257 of less than 50° on a surface to which the transparent adhesive adheres.

The light reflective film has a high refractive index layer, a low refractive index layer, a resin adhesive layer, and a hard coat layer laminated on a substrate, in this order. The hard coat layer has an active energy ray-curable resin. The resin adhesive layer has at least one resin selected from polyvinyl acetal resins, acrylic resins, and urethane resins.
