20220049128 · 2022-02-17 ·

An easy-to-peel eco-friendly adhesive tape includes a film substrate, an adhesive layer, and a first print layer. The film substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface has a surface energy greater than 36 dyne/cm. The adhesive layer is disposed on the first surface of the film substrate, and extends from one lengthwise edge towards the lengthwise edge of the film substrate, and does not reach the other side of the film substrate. Therefore, the first surface of the film substrate close to the other side has no adhesive layer. The first print layer is disposed on the first surface of the film substrate in a printing manner, and the first print layer is disposed on the first surface of the film substrate without the adhesive layer, and forms a peeling part. The adhesive tape can be thoroughly separated from the cardboard box.

An adhesive sheet includes an adhesive layer having a fine structure on the surface. The fine structure includes a plurality of convex structures. The convex structures each have two or more parts. A first part located at the top portion of the convex structure is made from a non-adhesive or weak adhesive material. A second part located below the first part is made from a strong adhesive material. Given that a width of a bottom surface of the convex structure is a and a distance between bottom surfaces of adjacent convex structures is β in an arrangement direction of the convex structures, β/(α+β)<0.3 is satisfied.

BACK-OFF PREVENTING RESEALABLE ADHESIVES

Adhesive compositions that replace gaskets and liners in sealing applications for packages that are detachable with hand force are described. The adhesive compositions are particularly useful in preventing leaks and spillage during storage and transport of its packaged contents.

REVERSIBLE ADHESIVE APPARATUS

A reversible adhesive apparatus includes a base and an adhesive layer. The base is configured with a series of concave and convex shapes at a top surface of the base according to some embodiments. The base is configured with a raised portion and a surrounding portion at a top surface of the base according to some other embodiments. The adhesive layer is disposed on top of the base. The adhesive layer configured to provide reversible adhesion on a top surface of the adhesive layer.

DETACHABLE ADHESIVE STRIP
20220195260 · 2022-06-23 · ·

The invention relates to an adhesive strip which can be detached substantially on the adhesion plane in a residue-free and nondestructive manner by stretching, said strip consisting of one or more adhesive material layers and optionally one or more intermediate carrier layers, at least one of the adhesive materials layers containing at least one filler, the primary particles of which can be individually separated, wherein the primary particles (i) are substantially spherical and (ii) have an average diameter d(0.5) of less than 10 μm, and the ratio of the average diameter d(0.5) of the primary particles to the thickness of the adhesive material layer in which the primary particles are contained is less than 1:2. The invention also relates to the production and use of said adhesive strip.

REPEELABLE ADHESIVE INCLUDING PHOTOCURABLE ADHESIVE AND HEAT FOAMING AGENT AND REPEELABLE ADHESIVE TAPE INCLUDING THE SAME

A repeelable adhesive including a photocurable adhesive and a heat foaming agent and a repeelable adhesive tape including the repeelable adhesive are disclosed. The repeelable adhesive maintains excellent adhesion, but easily peels off from an adherend after ultraviolet (UV) irradiation and heating.

UPPER BLADE ROLLER, SLITTING DEVICE, SLITTING METHOD, AND LAMINATED TAPE

A laminated film including an adhesive layer peelably laminated on a base film is shear cut using an upper roller including specific upper blades arranged at a pitch of 0.5 mm or less for slitting. The upper blade includes one side surface constituting a blade edge being a flat surface and the other side surface having a first ridge and a second ridge from the blade edge aide. A laminated tape including an adhesive layer peelably laminated on a base film is slit by slitting using this upper blade to a tape width of 0.5 mm or less without the base film and the adhesive layer peeling apart and with suppressed protrusion of the adhesive layer in the slit tape.

FILM, LAMINATED BODY, METHOD OF PRODUCING FILM, TIRE, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING TIRE

Provided is a thin film with good durability that is easy to handle during storage and use. The film contains, as a rubber component, at least a copolymer having a conjugated diene unit, a non-conjugated olefin unit, and an aromatic vinyl unit, and having a proportion of a butylene unit of 0 mol %, where a filler content is 15 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, no cross-linking agent is contained, and the thickness is 300 μm or less.
