METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DISSOLVABLE SLIP AND DISSOLVABLE SLIP MANUFACTURED BY SAME
Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a dissolvable slip and a dissolvable slip manufactured by same. The manufacturing method sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) mixing an adhesive with solid particles and dissolvable particles; (2) coating the mixture prepared in step (1) on the surface of a slip body; and (3) curing the mixture coated in step (2). The dissolvable slip manufactured according to the manufacturing method not only has a stronger anchoring force with a wellbore inner wall, but also can adjust the dissolution rate of the slip after the completion of fracturing to enable the slip to degrade within a preset time. Further, the dissolvable slip has a better abrasion resistance, is suitable for various temperature conditions, and can still work normally in a concentrated acid or a concentrated alkali environment.

An adhesive sheet of an embodiment of the present disclosure is an adhesive sheet including: a rigid resin film having a thickness of 80 micrometers to 500 micrometers, and a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer being disposed on or above a surface of the rigid resin film, wherein the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer includes elastic resin microspheres having a volume average particle diameter of 110 micrometers or greater and a tacky binder, and the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer has an uneven surface due to the presence of the microspheres.

One embodiment provides a device, including: a battery; and a tape strip comprising: a top surface; a bottom surface; and at least one elevatable section, wherein the at least one elevatable section comprises an area, situated in the top surface, containing an adhesive; wherein the top surface is composed of a non-adhesive substance on all portions of the top surface not associated with the area and wherein the bottom surface is composed of the adhesive on all portions of the bottom surface not associated with the at least one elevatable section; wherein the battery is adhered to the top surface of the tape strip via an adhesive connection between the area containing the adhesive and a bottom surface of the battery, wherein the tape strip is adhered to the device via another adhesive connection between the bottom surface of the tape strip and an inner portion of the device.

Provided is a PSA sheet having a PSA layer. The PSA sheet has a first face and a second face. The first face is a first adhesive face formed of one surface of the PSA layer. The first adhesive face has a 10-point mean roughness of 1000 nm or less. The PSA layer has a storage modulus of 0.08 MPa or greater at 100 C.
