Electronic device, method and apparatus for producing an electronic device, and composition therefor
An electronic device, a method and apparatus for producing an electronic device, and a composition therefor are disclosed. An adhesive material is applied in a first pattern on a surface of a receiver substrate. A carrier having a metal foil disposed thereon is brought into contact with the first substrate such that a portion of the metal foil contacts the adhesive material. The adhesive material includes a first polymer, a second polymer, and a conductive carbon black dispersion, and is activated using at least one of mechanical pressure and heat while the portion of the metal foil is in contact with the adhesive material. The first substrate and the second substrate are separated, whereby the portion of the metal foil is transferred to the first substrate. The adhesive is electrically conductive to maximize the possibility of maintaining electrical connectivity even when there is a break in the metal foil.

Double initiated fast crosslinking EVA adhesive film
The invention provides a dual-initiated and fast cross-linked EVA (ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer) film for the encapsulation of solar modules, which greatly enhances the speed of the encapsulation. The EVA film is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: 100 parts by mass of ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.01 to 1.5 parts by mass of a free-radical photoinitiator, 0.01 to 1.5 parts by mass of a free-radical thermal initiator, 0.5 to 10 parts by mass of an auxiliary cross-linking agent, 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of a tackifier and 0.01 to 5 parts by mass of a light stabilizer. The present invention adds photothermal dual-initiated free-radical initiators and the auxiliary cross-linking agent of multi-functional acrylates or methacrylates to the EVA and use a thermal-UV dual curing process to prepare the solar module. The curing time is shorten to 5 to 10 min and the yield is high; meanwhile, the EVA film has advantages of uniform curing, high crosslink density, high bonding strength between the film and glass, and good anti-aging property.

DIRECTLY ATTACHING, HALOGEN-FREE, FAST-DRYING, HEAT-SEALING BINDER FOR SEALING POLYESTER FILMS TO POLYSTYRENE, POLYESTER OR PVC
The present invention comprises a single-component binder for heat-sealing applications which can be used for the sealing of polyester foils, in particular of polyethylene terephthalate foils (PET foils) with respect to containers made of polystyrene, of PVC, and of polyester. These polyesters can in particular be polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polylactic acid (PLA). The binders here feature not only good seal seam strengths but also in particular good transparency and excellent application properties. A substantive aspect of the invention is that the sealing can be achieved without addition of adhesion promoters, in particular without addition of adhesion promoters based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or on polyester, and that barrier properties and sealing properties achieved in respect of containers made of PS and of PET are nevertheless at least comparable with, and sometimes better than, those achieved with heat-sealing systems already marketed.
