Articulating sun shield for electronic components
A sun shield includes a base, a shield, an articulating arm assembly including first and second arm members, each of the arm members including proximal and distal end portions, the proximal end portions of each of the arm members being hingedly joined. The base is attached to the distal end portion of the first arm member, and the shield is attached to the distal end portion of the second arm member.
Free arm umbrella
A free arm umbrella includes a fixing plate (1), an upper nest (2), a lower nest (3), umbrella ribs (5) and support ribs (6). The umbrella ribs (5) are hinged with the upper nest (2) and the two ends of the support rib (6) are hinged with the lower nest (3) and the umbrella rib (5) respectively. The free arm umbrella also includes a control mechanism (7), a support rod (9), a first strut rod (10) and a second strut rod (20). The two ends of the first strut rod (10) are hinged with the lower nest (3) and the upper portion of the fixing plate (1) respectively. One end of the second strut rod (20) is hinged with the upper nest (2) and the other end is provided with a support block (21). The middle part of the first strut rod (10) is hinged with the middle part of the second strut rod (20). The two ends of the support rod (9) are hinged with the second strut rod (20) and the fixing plate (1) respectively. The control mechanism (7) is fixed on the fixing plate (1). The support block (21) is moveably fixed on the control mechanism (7). A rotating lockout mechanism (8) can also be set on the free arm umbrella so that the umbrella cover can be rotated easily. The free arm umbrella has advantages of simple structure, convenience of use, economic practicality, and being applicable to narrow space.
COLLAPSIBLE COVER FOR ENGINE INLET AND METHOD FOR COVERING ENGINE INLET
An engine inlet cover and a method for covering an engine inlet are provided. A method for covering an engine inlet includes providing a collapsible cover comprising a connection pin defining an axis; a frame including interconnected arms; and a web. Further, the method includes storing the collapsible cover in a stowed configuration in which the arms are aligned. Also, the method includes rotating the arms from the stowed configuration to an operating configuration in which the arms are radially spaced about the axis, enclosing the frame in the operating configuration with the web to define an interior volume, and placing the cover over the engine inlet.
SHADE APPARATUS
The invention features a shade apparatus adapted to provide shade to an individual or individuals while they are outside and in need of shade from sunlight. Aspects of embodiments of the present invention contemplate a shade apparatus that is easily portable and easily adapted to the sun's changing positions, thereby providing the individual/user with shade from sunlight.
Umbrella canopy tilt mechanism
In some embodiments, an umbrella canopy tilt mechanism is provided that can include a crank mechanism and an automatic bending mechanism. The crank mechanism includes a crank and a rope. The crank is configured to be swivel-mounted on one end of the curved cantilever of a sunshade umbrella. The automatic bending mechanism is configured to be installed in a shaft of the sunshade umbrella. One end of the rope is configured to connect to the crank. The other end of the rope is configured to extend along the curved cantilever to reach the other end of the curved cantilever. The rope is configured to extend through the shaft and automatic bending mechanism to connect to a lower runner. The lower runner is held and slides on the shaft. An upper runner is fixedly secured to the shaft. The umbrella canopy tilt mechanism can further be provided with a rotation mechanism.
MOBILE BASE HAVING TELESCOPIC FOOT PEDAL
Disclosed is a mobile base having a telescopic foot pedal. The mobile base comprises a base frame, a counterweight block, and a base cover; wherein the base frame is cooperatively provided with a lifting primary arm, one end of the lifting primary arm rotatably mating with a guiding rod, a lower end of the guiding rod mating with a track locking member fixed on the base frame, the other end of the lifting primary arm rotatably mating with a U-shaped support on the base frame, an end portion on the lifting primary arm proximate the guiding rod is cooperatively provided with a telescopic foot pedal, the other end of the lifting primary arm being connected to a group of lifting secondary arms, the lifting secondary arms respectively rotatably mating with the base frame, bottoms of the lifting secondary arms being fixedly provided with universal wheels.
Sunshade mounting structure
A sunshade mounting mechanism comprises a first connecting sleeve (3); a second connecting sleeve (4) disposed on the top of the bearing rod (2); a pin shaft (5); the first connecting sleeve (3) is rotatably connected to the second connecting sleeve (4) through the pin shaft (5), and a center line of rotation of the first connecting sleeve (3) intersects with the transverse direction of the main rod (11); the bearing rod (2) has a first through hole (20) for allowing the pin shaft (5) to pass through. In this mounting mechanism, the mounting angle and position of the main rod relative to the bearing rod can be freely adjusted. The pin shaft is allowed to pass through the periphery of the top of the bearing rod on the basis of connecting the first connecting sleeve and the second connecting sleeve. In this way, the connection of the three components, i.e., the first connecting sleeve, the second connecting sleeve and the bearing rod can be achieved by only one pin shaft. The mounting mechanism is simplified, the connection strength can be greatly increased, and the service life is greatly prolonged.
