A tilting umbrella with a canopy assembly including a lower hub, an upright pole and a tilt mechanism. The tilt mechanism includes an actuator coupled with a lower pole portion and adjusts an upper pole portion from an untitled configuration to a second configuration. The lower hub is disposed at a tilt location between the upper pole portion and the lower pole portion. The lower hub can include an outer portion disposed over the upper pole portion that is pivotable relative to an inner portion disposed over the lower pole portion in the second configuration.

A crank handle positioning assembly structured to selectively position a mast mounted canopy of an umbrella into and between open and closed orientations. A gear housing is disposed within the interior of the mast in at least partially enclosing relation to a gear assembly and in driving relation to at least one elongated drive gear. A crank handle is disposed on an exterior of the mast and extends there-through into rotationally driving relation to the gear assembly. A rider member is interconnected in driving relation to the canopy assembly and is reciprocally movable along the length of the drive gear upon rotational, driving engagement of the crank handle with the gear assembly. Concurrent, cooperative directions of linear movement of the rider member and a rotational movement of the crank handle is determinative of the positioning of the canopy assembly in either the open or closed orientations.

An umbrella includes a canopy, a stand body, a supporting pole, a rope device for opening and closing the umbrella, and a spring member. The stand body includes a plurality long umbrella ribs, a plurality short umbrella ribs, an upper canopy and a bottom canopy. Each of the long umbrella rib and the short umbrella rib have a first end and a second end. The first end of the long umbrella rib is rotatably connected with the upper canopy and the second end of the long rib is hinged at the second end of the short rib, while the first end of the short rib is rotatably connected with the bottom canopy. The upper canopy is placed in the middle of a vertical pole within the stand body. The bottom canopy is sheathed on the vertical pole and can move up and down. The spring member is placed above the upper canopy.

A weight system for supporting a free-standing object comprising first and second upper panels, a least one side panel, a lower panel, and a closure system. The panels are joined to define an upper wall and at least side wall, with the first and second upper panels defining a fill opening in the upper wall and a container defining an interior chamber. The closure system is arranged to allow the container to be configured in a closed configuration in which access to the interior chamber through the fill opening is substantially prevented and an open configuration in which access to the interior chamber through the fill opening is allowed.

An umbrella includes a fixing tube and a coupling member mounted on an end of the fixing tube. A positioning ring is mounted around and not rotatable relative to the coupling member. A rotational sleeve is rotatably mounted to the coupling member and is spaced from the positioning ring. A driving jacket is mounted around the connecting ring and the positioning ring. The driving jacket is fixed to the positioning ring and is movable between an engagement position in which the positioning ring engages with the connecting ring and a disengagement position in which the positioning ring disengages from the connecting ring. The rotational sleeve is rotatable relative to the coupling member when the driving jacket is in the disengagement position, permitting a change in an orientation of a tilted canopy of the umbrella to face the sun for obtaining a better shielding effect.

An umbrella includes a canopy configured to switch between an open position and a closed position, and a mast coupled to the canopy and having an upper portion with an upper tubular housing, and a track carried on an outer surface of the upper tubular housing and extending longitudinally. The track includes interweaved recesses and ridges. The mast also includes a lower portion slidingly receiving the upper portion and having a lower tubular housing, and a locking device carried on an outer surface of the lower tubular housing and extending through the lower tubular housing to interface with the track of the upper portion to lock the lower portion and the upper portion together.

An umbrella includes a mast coupled to a canopy. The mast includes an upper portion having a track carried on an outer surface of an upper tubular housing and extending longitudinally. The mast also includes a lower portion having a lower tubular housing slidingly receiving the upper portion, and a protrusion extending outward from the lower tubular housing and defining a passageway therein. The passageway is aligned with the track, and the protrusion has a first threaded surface. The lower portion also includes a pin received by the passageway and extending through the protrusion to interface with the track of the upper portion, and a cap having a second threaded surface to engage with the first threaded surface of the protrusion and to cause the pin to lock the lower portion and the upper portion together.

A cantilever umbrella includes a canopy, a base, and an upright pole. The upright pole is disposed on the base. A locking block is fixedly disposed on the upright pole. A fixed rod, a first cantilever arm, and a second cantilever arm are disposed on the locking block. A connector on the first cantilever arm is connected to a protruding portion on the second cantilever arm through a second screw. After the first cantilever arm and the second cantilever arm are dismounted, a size of a transportation case can be reduced when the cantilever umbrella is packaged for transportation, and therefore, costs are reduced. When the first cantilever arm and the second cantilever arm slide in the locking block and a locking sliding sleeve, an angle of the canopy is adjusted with sliding of the first cantilever arm and the second cantilever arm.

Provided is a sunshade umbrella, including an umbrella pole, an umbrella frame, and a base, wherein the umbrella pole is disposed on the base, and the umbrella frame is connected to the umbrella pole. The umbrella pole is provided with a hand-crank portion, a pull rope is wound around the hand-crank portion, and the hand-crank portion drives the umbrella frame to deploy or retract by retracting or releasing the pull rope.

A cantilever umbrella comprises a supporting device, a reel device securely mounted on the supporting device, and a canopy device interlocked with the reel device operable to open or collapse a canopy of the canopy device. A runner device is slidably mounted on the supporting device and is interlocked with the canopy device. The runner device is movable in a height direction between a first position above the reel device and a second position below the reel device. When the runner device moves toward the first position above the reel device along the height direction, the canopy device moves away from the supporting device. When the runner device moves toward the second position, the canopy device moves toward the supporting device. The runner device includes a passageway providing a space for avoiding the reel device during movement of the runner device passing through the reel device.
