BIOMASS SOLID FUEL MANUFACTURING METHOD AND BIOMASS SOLID FUEL MANUFACTURING DEVICE
A biomass solid fuel manufacturing method, including: a heating step of carbonizing a biomass molded body formed by molding raw material biomass, in an external heating type rotary kiln, in which the rotary kiln includes a non-heating zone that is provided on an upstream side of a kiln body and is not provided with a heating unit on an outer circumference, the non-heating zone includes a spiral blade on an inner circumferential surface, and in the heating step, the biomass molded body is introduced to the non-heating zone of the kiln body.
Method and apparatus for producing a product
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for producing a product by hydrolyzing a raw material containing vegetable waste comprising, a hydrolysis treatment step of subjecting the raw material to a hydrolysis treatment with steam by a hydrolysis treatment apparatus, a washing step of washing the hydrolyzed raw material with a washing liquid by a cleaning apparatus, and a solid-liquid separation step of separating the washed raw material into a solid component and a liquid component by a solid-liquid separation apparatus, wherein at least one of the solid content or the liquid con-tent is used as the product.
Bituminous coal and lignite biomass fuel polyolefin and other waste plastics smoke-free combustion technology
Low carbon atomic number mixed alcohol gel paste or pancake and straw charcoal grate combination of ignition agent, with fossil fuels such as bituminous coal lignite, straw branches and other agricultural and forestry waste, polyolefin and other synthetic organic polymer waste, other combustible solid and semi-solid low-value raw fuels, with non-toxic auxiliary materials carefully crafted high volatile column ignition coal and lower coal, are stacked in the insulation—fire-resistant furnace core. Throw in a small strip of burning paper to ignite the igniter from the top, that is, start long flame combustion, followed by the ignition coal on fire, its surface red hot coal layer will be designed to move down more quickly and gradually, to the lower coal on fire.
BRIQUETTES
A briquette for use as a mineral charge in a cupola furnace for the production of mineral wool fibres is produced by—combining: a) recycled waste mineral wool selected from i) waste mineral wool comprising uncured sugar containing binder, ii) waste mineral wool comprising cured binder, iii) waste mineral wool without binder and iv) combination thereof, b) cement, and c) additional sugar(s) to form a mouldable mixture and—moulding and curing the mouldable mixture to form the briquette.
MOBILE SOLID FUEL PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A fuel production system includes a first modular unit and a second modular unit. The first modular unit includes a first housing, a process vessel, an agitator rotor assembly, a first drivetrain, an extrusion screw, a second drivetrain, a first separation vessel, and a product shaping system. The second modular unit includes a second housing, a thermal fluid heater system, a condenser, a second separation vessel, and a vacuum pump. The second modular unit is configured to be coupled to the first modular unit. At least a portion of each of the process vessel, the agitator rotor assembly, the first drivetrain, the extrusion screw, the second drivetrain, the first separation vessel, and the product shaping system are contained in the first housing. At least a portion of each of the thermal fluid heater system, the condenser, the second separation vessel, and the vacuum pump are contained in the second housing.
SAWDUST CHARCOAL
A method to create a natural charcoal briquette is described herein. A wood material is collected and impurities are removed from the wood material. The wood material is dried at a temperature in a range of approximately 150 C. to approximately 200 C. to reach a moisture level in a range of approximately 3.7% to approximately 5.0%. The dried wood material is compressed in a shaped mold at approximately 300 C. and under 40 tons of pressure to form a charcoal briquette. The charcoal briquette is carbonized at a temperature in a range of approximately 700 C. to approximately 800 C. in a range of approximately 14 days to approximately 17 days. The charcoal briquette is then cooled for approximately 2 days prior to use or packaging.
COMBUSTIBLE LOG TORCH
A combustible log torch which can be ignited to provide heat for warmth or cooking, and light for illumination can be made by compacting a mixture of wood sawdust and a food grade binder. Such combustible log torches are convenient and safe to use and provide optimal characteristics of quickly providing a bonfire without the need for a fireplace or a fire pit. The fire produced by such combustible logs is also optimal for safely and conveniently cooking food items. Such a combustible log torch can be manufactured by a method which comprises compacting a composition which is comprised of a mixture of wood particles and a food grade binder under a pressure of at least about 5 psi (0.034 megapascals) in a mold to produce the combustible log torch having at least one vertical cavity (hole) which extend vertically through the entire length of the combustible log torch.
Biomass fuel manufacturing plant, manufacturing plant system, and biomass fuel manufacturing method
A biomass fuel manufacturing plant includes: a separating section that separates oil and water from oil-containing wastewater discharged from an essential oil plant that refines essential oil from fruits containing fats and oils, and separates the oil and water into POME oil and treated water; a discharged oil supply line that supplies at least one of the POME oil, discharged oil at compressing discharged when compressing empty fruit bunches, and discharged oil at crushing discharged when crushing the empty fruit bunches, to at least one or more locations of a carbonization section that generates carbide by performing heat treatment with respect to the empty fruit bunches discharged from the essential oil plant and a fuel generation section that generates a fuel from the carbide.
