LUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION
There is provided a lubricating oil composition which is excellent in the wear resistance and the oil film retention even when the viscosity of the composition is lowered. The lubricating oil composition comprises: a base oil (A); an imide compound (B); a calcium-based detergent (C); a polymer component (D); and a zinc dithiophosphate (E), wherein the imide compound (B) comprises at least one non-boron-modified succinic acid imide compound (Bx) selected from a succinic acid monoimide (B1x) represented by general formula (b-1) and a succinic acid bisimide (B2x) represented by general formula (b-2), and wherein the polymer compound (D) has a mass average molecular weight (Mw) of not less than 10,000 and not more than 50,000, and comprises at least one selected from an olefin polymer (D1) and a polymethacrylate (D2).
Stabilized lubricant composition for continuous casting processes
Described herein is a stabilized lubricant composition for use in steel casting, in particular in continuous casting processes. In particular, the lubricant composition for processes for producing steel by continuous casting includes a dispersion of a lubricant powder, for an ingot mold, in continuous casting, in an oily liquid means, and a stabilization additive, characterized in that it has the following shear thinning index values: TABLE-US-00001 RVT 0.1/1 1/10 10/100 100/1000 STI 3.0-7.5 2.0-6.5 1.0-3.0 0.5-2.0 wherein RVT is the ratio between two different shear speeds and STI is the shear thinning index corresponding to the RVT values.
ASHLESS ADDITIVE COMPOSITION
This disclosure describes an ashless lubricant additive. The additive is a tertiary amine-containing compound having the following structure:

where each R.sup.1 and R.sup.5 is independently a linear or branched-chain monovalent hydrocarbyl group having two to about twenty carbon atoms, where each R.sup.2, R.sup.3, and R.sup.4 is independently a hydrogen, a linear or branched-chain monovalent hydrocarbyl group having one to about twenty carbon atoms wherein at least one of R.sup.2, R.sup.3, and R.sup.4 is hydrogen, each m is independently from 0 to 2, each p is independently from 0 to 2, for each cylic moiety m+p is from 2 to 4, and each n is independently from 1 to 6.
Phosphorylated Dispersants in Fluids for Electric Vehicles
The present disclosure relates to a lubricating fluid for an electric motor system and a method of lubricating gears and cooling a motor in an electric motor system. In particular, the disclosed technology relates to a lubricating fluid, for use in electric motor vehicle, comprising an oil of lubricating viscosity and at least one phosphorylated dispersant exhibiting increased resistivity after aging.

LUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION
A lubricating oil composition including: a lubricant base oil; (A) a calcium salicylate detergent in an amount of 0.005 to 0.03 mass % in terms of calcium on the basis of the total mass of the composition; (B) a succinimide ashless dispersant in an amount of 0.005 to 0.25 mass % in terms of nitrogen on the basis of the total mass of the composition; (C) a nitrogen-containing antioxidant in an amount of 0.005 to 0.15 mass % in terms of nitrogen on the basis of the total mass of the composition; and optionally (D) a nitrogen-containing friction modifier in an amount of no more than 0.03 mass % in terms of nitrogen on the basis of the total mass of the composition, wherein a total content of any metallic detergent is 0.005 to 0.03 mass % in terms of metal on the basis of the total mass of the composition.
A STABILIZED LUBRICANT COMPOSITION FOR CONTINUOUS CASTING PROCESSES
Described herein is a stabilized lubricant composition for use in steel casting, in particular in continuous casting processes. In particular, the lubricant composition for processes for producing steel by continuous casting includes a dispersion of a lubricant powder, for an ingot mold, in continuous casting, in an oily liquid means, and a stabilization additive, characterized in that it has the following shear thinning index values:

LUBRICANT ADDITIVE COMPOSITION, LUBRICATING COMPOSITION CONTAINING SAME AND ENGINE OIL COMPOSITION CONSISTING OF LUBRICATING COMPOSITION
A lubricating composition including: a base oil, a lubricant additive composition including, as a component (A), an organic molybdenum compound of the formula (1) described in the specification, and as a component (B), an amine compound of the formula (2) described in the specification, and a specific metal-based cleaner, wherein a content of the component (B) is 2.9 to 18.6 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of molybdenum atoms of the component (A), and a content of the metal-based cleaner is 0.1% to 10% by mass relative to a total amount of the lubricating composition, wherein the lubricating composition does not include tetraalkyl thiuram disulphide, and wherein the component (A) in terms of the amount of molybdenum atoms is 400 to 1200 ppm by mass relative to a total amount of the lubricating composition.
LUBRICANT COMPOSITION CONTAINING IONIC LIQUIDS
The present disclosure relates to a lubricant composition comprising a lubricant, a first ionic liquid which is soluble in polyalphaolefin and a second ionic liquid which is insoluble in polyalphaolefin. By using the two different ionic liquids, the technical properties of the lubricant compositions can be improved.

The present disclosure relates to oxazoline modified lubricant additives that have dispersant properties and lubricating oil compositions including such dispersant lubricant additives. The disclosure also relates to the use of lubricant compositions comprising the additives of the disclosure for improving the soot or sludge handling characteristics of an engine lubricant composition while providing robust and consistent frictional performance at the same time.
