PTFE POLYMER-BASED SLIDING MATERIAL HAVING FILLERS WHICH IMPROVE THE TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
The invention relates to a PTFE polymer-based sliding material having fillers which improve the tribological properties, wherein the fillers comprise at least one phosphate, in particular calcium phosphate, calcium pyrophosphate, magnesium phosphate, magnesium pyrophosphate, lithium phosphate, hydroxyapatite or combinations thereof, and at least one metal sulfide, wherein the fraction of the metal sulfide is >2% by volume. The invention also relates to uses of said sliding material.

A heat transfer process using a composition containing hydro(chloro)fluoroolefins. A heat transfer process that successively includes a step of evaporation of a refrigerant, a step of compression, a step of condensation of said refrigerant at a temperature greater than or equal to 70° C. and a step of expansion of said refrigerant characterized in that the refrigerant includes at least one hydrofluoroolefin having at least four carbon atoms represented by the formula (I) R.sup.1CH═CHR.sup.2 in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 independently represent alkyl groups having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, substituted with at least one fluorine atom, optionally with at least one chlorine atom.

A heat transfer process using a composition containing hydro(chloro)fluoroolefins. ALKYLBENZENE SULFONATE DETERGENTS
The instant disclosure relates to hydrocarbyl- (e.g., alkyl-) benzene sulfonate detergents and their salts, where the hydrocarbyl group includes moieties equivalent to 5 to 10 carbon branched polyene compounds. Such compounds and their salts are useful as lubricant additives. The detergents disclosed herein may solve at least one problem of providing anti-wear performance, frictional performance, oxidation performance, viscosity performance, and detergency.
Electrorheological fluid
The present invention provides an electrorheological fluid, which includes a dielectric particle, a conductor particle and insulating oil, and the dielectric particle is evenly dispersed in the insulating oil; wherein the conductor particle is evenly dispersed in the insulating oil or inlaid in an interior and on a surface of the dielectric particle. The electrorheological fluid has the advantages of high shear stress, long service life, good temperature stability and small leakage current.
OIL-WELL METAL PIPE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING OIL-WELL METAL PIPE
An oil-well metal pipe according to the present disclosure has a pipe main body including a first end portion and a second end portion. The pipe main body includes a pin formed at the first end portion, and a box formed at the second end portion. The pin includes a pin contact surface including an external thread part, and the box includes a box contact surface including an internal thread part. The oil-well metal pipe according to the present disclosure also includes a resin coating containing a resin, a solid lubricant powder, and copper phthalocyanine on or above at least one of the pin contact surface and the box contact surface.
Lithium-based grease and preparation method thereof
A lithium-based grease and the preparation method thereof are provided. The raw materials for preparing the lithium-based grease include in parts by weight: 75-88 parts of base oil, 0.5-2.5 parts of antiwear agent, 0.1-1.5 parts of antirust agent, 0.1-1.5 parts of antioxidant, 5-25 parts of lubricant, 5-15 parts of thickening agent, and 0.6-2.0 parts of saponifying agent. The raw materials also include hydroxyl compound-containing modified graphene containing quaternary ammonium salt or aromatic ring. The grease has good colloid stability and mechanical stability, can greatly improve the antiwear property. More than that, the grease has excellent oxidation resistance, and can significantly shorten the reaction time of the saponification, reduce the reaction temperature of the saponification.

Aliphatic tetrahedral borate compounds for lubricating compositions
An additive for a lubricating composition includes an ionic tetrahedral borate compound which includes a cation and a tetrahedral borate anion having a boron atom, the boron atom has at least one aliphatic bidentate di-oxo ligand. The cation may be selected to provide detergent and/or dispersant and/or antioxidant properties to a lubricating composition.
Composition and Method for Lubricating Automotive Gears, Axles and Bearings
The disclosed technology relates to a lubricant composition for automotive gears, axles and bearings, the lubricant composition containing an oil of lubricating viscosity and an oil-soluble titanium compound in place of boron compounds, as well as a method of obtaining thermal stability performance in automotive gears, axles and bearings without the boron content that is typical, by lubricating such automotive gears, axles and bearings with a lubricant composition containing an oil-soluble titanium compound and an amine-containing phosphorus rainwear agent.
