HARD-SIDED LUGGAGE BAG WITH FRONT LID
A hard-sided luggage bag includes at least one shell portion, and has a front side, a back side, and a bottom side extending between the front and back sides. The least one shell portion encloses a storage compartment and includes an access opening permitting access to the storage compartment. The access opening is formed in at least part of the front side and is spaced apart from the bottom side. At least one lid is releasably coupled to the at least one shell portion to cover the access opening.
Adaptable luggage case
An adaptable luggage case includes a complete plurality of detachably connected components, including a first reduction group of components and a first reduced plurality of components that includes a second reduction group of components and second reduced plurality of components; such that the first reduced plurality of components assembles into a first reduced size luggage case, which is smaller than the adaptable luggage case; such that the second reduced plurality of components assembles into a second reduced size luggage case, which is smaller than the first reduced size luggage case.
EXPANDABLE CONTAINER
Provided are an expandable container, an expandable frame assembly, and associated components and methods. The expandable frame assembly for an expandable container may expand in at least two dimensions. The assembly may include a plurality of frame members configured to move relative to each other, a plurality of sizing members, and an adjustment mechanism operably coupled to the plurality of sizing members. Each of the plurality of sizing members may be connected to at least one of the plurality of frame members. The adjustment mechanism may be configured to move the plurality of sizing members between a first configuration and a second configuration. The first configuration may define a different distance between the plurality of frame members than the second configuration.
Luggage items with expandability
An item of luggage, comprising: a plurality of sides sufficient to define a first volumetric space, an expandable section disposed within the space between first and second opposing sides, wherein at least the first opposing side defines a boundary for the volumetric space and provides an exterior surface for the item of luggage; the expandable section having a first configuration wherein it is stored within the space and has an expandable side that is adjacent to the first opposing side, and a second configuration wherein the expandable side extends a predetermined distance from the first opposing side to define a boundary for a second volumetric space that is the same as or different from the first volumetric space.
Luggage system
An improved luggage system is a piece of wheeled luggage with support arms attached to the bottom side which telescope outward, and pivot 90 degrees downward and lock into position, to allow the luggage to be in a raised position off the floor, so the user does not need to bend down to access the items within the luggage, or pick up the luggage and put it on a bed or other raised furniture for access. It further has additional folding panels with pockets for storing extra shoes and the like, and light bars attached along the inside of the top panel to illuminate the inside of the luggage.
Container
A food container has a container bottom and a container lid. The container bottom has a base and walls upstanding from the base to define a container bottom interior. The container lid has a top cover and side edges, and the top cover overlies the base when the lid is in closed connection with the bottom. The top cover includes an elastically deformable portion and an inelastic portion. Each of the elastically deformable portion and the inelastic portion overlies different portions of the base when the lid is in closed connection with the bottom. The elastically deformable portion facilitates accommodation of an item within the container bottom interior that rests on the base that underlies the elastically deformable portion and that extends into contact with the elastically deformable portion as the lid is shifted into closed connection with the bottom by deforming elastically outwardly away from the base.
Luggage container with adjustable interior space
A luggage container includes a body. The body defines an interior space for carrying articles. The body is expandable and contractible. An adjusting system is configured for adjusting the interior space. The adjusting system includes a first support device, a second supporting device, and a control input. The first and second supporting devices are mounted on the body and are spaced apart from each other at a distance. The control input is configured to be operable to selectively pull the first and second supporting devices towards each other and push the first and second supporting devices away from each other. The control input and the first and second supporting devices include a connecting member connected therebetween. The connecting member interconnects the first and second supporting devices. The connecting member is flexible. The distance between the first and second supporting devices determines the volume of the interior space.
Motorized luggage assembly
A motorized luggage assembly includes a base unit that may contain objects and the base unit may be placed on a support surface. The base unit is structured to roll along the support surface. The base unit includes a mobility unit that is coupled to the base unit. The mobility unit is urges the base unit along the support surface. A tracking unit is coupled to the base unit. The tracking unit is operationally coupled to the mobility unit such that the tracking unit steers the mobility unit. A remote unit is provided and the remote unit may be worn. The remote unit is in communication with the base unit such that the base unit may follow the remote unit.
EXPANDABLE BACKPACK SYSTEM
Expandable luggage devices are provided. Included within expandable luggage devices is an expandable backpack that is convertible between at least two positions. An uppermost cover portion of the backpack converts to a side or back portion when the backpack is expanded, and a secondary cover portion is withdrawn from an internal area of the device to enclose or cover the backpack in the second position.
