Systems, devices, and/or methods for managing candles
Certain exemplary embodiments can provide a candle with an image that is not discernable until the candle is lit and an inner layer or inner layers of wax melt. As the inner layer of wax melts, an image will become discernable as light passes through the sides of the candle, through apertures in or thinner layers of the outermost layer of wax corresponding to the image to be displayed. This will allow for a candle that appears to be an ordinary candle until lit, but will reveal images after the candle is lit.
Gel-type scented candle and method for manufacturing same
A gel-type scented candle includes a container, a wick attached to and erected at the center of the inner bottom of the container, and a candle oil accommodated in the container, in which the candle oil is of a gel type made by adding a natural vegetable oil with a natural perfume and a natural pigment, and the container can be reused by being refilled with the candle oil by a user before or after use of the candle oil.
Multiple candle wick assemblies and methods and apparatus for making the same
Candle wick assemblies are provided having candle wick construction provided with multiple (e.g., two or more) candle wicks and a wax sheath covering the multiple candle wicks of the candle wick construction. The multiple candle wick construction will include at least first and second spaced-apart candle wicks and a ladder filament connected to and extending back and forth between the first and second candle wicks so as to establish respective crossing portions that are spaced apart from one another along a lengthwise direction of the wick assembly. The crossing portions of the ladder filament are folded about the longitudinal axis of the candle wick construction so that the candle wick assembly is in a generally U-shaped configuration. The crossing portions may have a generally concave central region when the candle wick assembly is in the generally U-shaped configuration while the wax sheath has a concavity generally corresponding to the concave central region which extends along the lengthwise direction of the wick assembly relative to the longitudinal axis of the candle wick construction.

MASSAGE CANDLE CONTAINING CANNABIDIOL OR ESSENTIAL OIL
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a massage oil capable of alleviating pain of the muscles, joints, nerves, etc. In order to solve this problem, there is provided a massage candle that has a container, a wax component accommodated in the container, and a wick inserted into the wax component, wherein the melting point of the wax component is 30-60 C., the wax component contains 40% by weight or more of shea fat and also contains 15-40% by weight of vegetable oil that is liquid at normal temperature, and the massage candle is for alleviating pain.
MULTIPLE CANDLE WICK ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR MAKING THE SAME
Methods of making a candle wick assembly are disclosed whereby a multiple candle wick construction is provided which includes (i) at least first and second spaced-apart candle wicks, and (ii) a ladder filament connected to and extending back and forth between the first and second candle wicks. The multiple candle wick construction is formed into a generally U-shaped configuration and a wax sheath thereafter applied around the multiple candle wick construction so as to maintain the generally U-shaped configuration thereof.
Wax Compositions Comprising Linear Alpha Olefins
Novel wax compositions are provided herein comprising at least about 85 wt. % of linear alpha olefins having a carbon number of at least 18, about 8 wt. % to about 40 wt. % of linear alpha olefins having a carbon number of 20, and about 5 wt. % to about 30 wt. % of linear alpha olefins having a carbon number of at least 30. The present wax compositions yield smooth, one-pour container candle waxes and provide ideal container candle burn performance demonstrated by low sooting behavior and a balanced wax consumption.
THERMALLY INDUCED REVEALING DECORATIVE DEVICE
A thermally induced revealing decorative device has a non-opaque, or partially non-opaque, container with a matrix at least partially filling the container. A warming mechanism is used to heat this matrix, which has thermochromic properties, such that when sufficiently warmed it becomes transparent or translucent. At least one decorative item is located within, and completely encompassed by the matrix. When the matrix is cooled, it is opaque and the decorative item is hidden, but when the matrix is heated such that it becomes transparent/translucent, the decorative item is revealed.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CANDLE HAVING AN ITEM EMBEDDED WITHIN
A candle with an embedded item and methods for manufacturing same are disclosed. A method for manufacturing a candle having an embedded item can include providing a first set of items of a first value and a second set of items of a second value different from the first value, combining the two sets to create a third set, and distributing the items of the third set among a set of candles, one item per candle, where the presence, nature, or value of the item within the candle is obscured. The method can further include selling the candles for a first price, wherein, the presence of the embedded item, the nature of the embedded item, the value of the embedded item, or the value of the embedded item relative to the first price is not known to the purchaser. The embedded item can comprise an object redeemable for a prize.
Thermally-protective material and cool-touch candle assemblies prepared therewith
The present invention relates to materials and systems useful for increasing the safety profile of a candle. In particular, the present invention provides a thermally-protective material that is useful to prepare labels or wraps to encircle or surround a candle. The present invention further provides a cool-touch thermally-protected candle assembly.
