Candle Analysis System
20250171714 · 2025-05-29 · ·

A candle analysis system includes a camera and a testing system. The testing system has a record module and a testing module. The record module stores a plurality of candle tests in a database. Each of the candle tests is stored in the database in correspondence with a plurality of candle data and a plurality of test data for a candle that was tested in each of the candle tests. The testing module is connected to the camera and stores a video data from the camera of the candle in a burning state as part of the test data for the one of the candle tests corresponding to the candle in the video data.

The present disclosure provides an apparatus method and systems for assembling a candle having a container, wick and wax, wherein the wick is placed in the desired location within the container using a magnet.

Candle wick bounce-back
12344816 · 2025-07-01 · ·

The present invention is a candle wick treated, either by being coated with or incorporating, a chemical formulation. Such treated candle wick has properties causing the wick to be stiffened sufficiently that the candle wick is operable to be positioned in a straight (or virtually straight) position within a candle mold for a candle making process, as well as when surrounded by the candle body and during use of the candle (e.g., burning of the candle), and also has flexibility characteristics whereby the wick will return (bounce-back) to its straight or virtually straight position after force is exerted thereupon. No tension need to be exerted upon the wick or any tools used to exert tension to hold it straight in the mold, unlocking one of the foremost bottle-necks in high-speed filling, by taking wick fixing/straightening out of by equation.

Candle and method of making thereof

The present disclosure provides a candle that includes a jar having an interior surface, a fuel within the jar, a wick positioned within the fuel, and a material layer at least partially extending between the fuel and the interior surface of the jar, wherein the material layer includes a hydrophobic molecule. Further provided herein is a method for producing a candle, which includes a step of providing a jar having an interior surface, a step of pre-coating the interior surface with a hydrophobic molecule, a step of pouring a fuel composition into the jar, and a step of allowing the fuel composition to solidify.

CANDLE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
20250340797 · 2025-11-06 ·

A candle manufacturing apparatus that utilizes a mold body to provide a contiguous connection of three candle members through a common interior volume present in the mold body. The mold body includes a center portion that is tubular in shape having a first end and a second end. Integrally formed with the center portion 12 is a first arm member wherein the first arm member is axially aligned with the center portion extending outward therefrom. A second arm member is integrally formed with the center portion opposite the first arm member. The second arm member extends outward from the center portion and is axially aligned therewith. The first arm member, second arm member and center portion have openings providing access to the interior volume and a void to insert the candle members thereinto. Apertures are formed at the ends of the first arm member, second arm member and center portion.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING A RE-PURPOSABLE BIODEGRADABLE CONTAINER
20250326162 · 2025-10-23 · ·

Disclosed herein are systems and methods for creating and repurposing a container. The system can include a mold comprising a core, a cover and a ring. The cover can comprise a raised surface at a first end and a hole at a second end. The ring can have an annular shape defining an opening and can be configured to surround the core. The ring can further comprise a groove configured to receive the raised surface. The method for creating the container can comprise assembling a mold, heating a mixture comprising at least candle wax to form the material, inserting the material into the mold, waiting for the material to cure, decoupling the cover from the mold and removing the container from the mold. The method for repurposing the container can comprise melting the container into a liquid, transferring the liquid into a vessel and waiting for the liquid to cure.
