Antimicrobial composition having efficacy against endospores
A sporicidal composition has a moderately low pH and includes a glycosidase and the dissocia-tion product of at least one inorganic oxidizing agent. High effective solute concentrations can enhance the efficacy of the composition. The composition can be applied to a surface and allowed to absorb into an endospore, ultimately killing at least some of those bacteria in mature endospore form. Surfaces to be treated include inanimate (hard) surfaces via cleaning and medical devices such as endoscopes, typically via immersion.

Detergent single dose packs and methods of producing the same
A single dose pack and methods for producing and using the same are provided. In one embodiment, a single dose pack includes a wash composition encapsulated within a water-soluble container formed from a water-soluble or water-dispersible film. The wash composition includes an ionic detergent surfactant present at from about 5 to about 55 weight percent, water present at from about 5 to about 20 weight percent, glycerol present at from about 3 to about 56 weight percent, polyethylene glycol present at from about 8 to about 56 weight percent, and optionally propylene glycol present at from about 0 to about 35 weight percent, based on a total weight of the wash composition. A sum of the glycerol, the polyethylene glycol, and the propylene glycol is present at from about 22 to about 60 weight percent, based on the total weight of the wash composition.

Fabric Detergent Formulation
A fabric detergent formulation is provided. The formulation comprises a preservative system that includes one or more sorbates in an amount of from about 0.01 wt. % to about 0.8 wt. % of the fabric detergent formulation; one or more anionic surfactants, wherein the weight ratio of the anionic surfactants to the sorbates is about 10 or more; and a solvent system that includes water in an amount of from about 50 wt. % to 100 wt. % of the fabric detergent formulation. The pH of the fabric detergent formulation is about 6.5 or more.

The invention relates to compositions comprising at least one protease and at least one biosurfactant, particularly selected from rhamnolipids and sophorolipids. In particular, the present invention is directed to a composition including A) at least one peptidase, B) at least one biosurfactant, and optionally C) at least one anionic surfactant. The peptidase may be selected from the group of the proteases, particularly from the group of the serine proteases of EC 3.4.21 and the metalloproteases of EC 3.4.24 and the biosurfactant may be selected from the group comprising rhamnolipids and sophorolipids.
