Mixtures comprising a mixture of compounds (A), said mixture comprising a mixture of compounds according to the general formula (I) wherein R.sup.1 is C.sub.1-C.sub.4-alkyl, linear or branched, or hydrogen, R .sup.2 is —CH.sub.2CH.sub.2R.sup.1, each G.sup.1 is glucose or xylose, wherein in the range of from 70 to 95% mole-% are glucose and from 5 to 30 mole-% are xylose, the average of x is in the range of from 1.1 to 4.

AQUEOUS COMPOSITION BASED ON NATURAL EXTRACTS FOR CLEANING, AND AS A DISINFECTANT, INSECT REPELLENT, INSECTICIDE AND FRESHENER
The invention provides a biodegradable aqueous composition based on natural extracts (natural essences and essential oils), quaternary ammonium, propylene glycol, Cellocize, EDTA, Tween 80, boric acid, aromas, colorants and water, for cleansing, disinfecting as an antiseptic and possessing a broad-spectrum bactericidal activity, ie bactericidal at once on gram positive and gram negative bacteria; also as an insecticide or at least as an insect repellent and as a freshener.

The current invention is directed towards mixtures of compounds, comprising (A) in the range of from 93 to 97% by weight compound of general formula (I) (B) in the range of from 3 to 6.5% by weight compound of general formula (II) (C) in the range of from 0.2 to 0.5% by weight compound of general formula (III) wherein the integers are defined as follows: R.sup.1 is —(CH.sub.2).sub.nCH.sub.3, R.sup.2 is —(CH.sub.2).sub.n+2CH.sub.3, R.sup.3 is —(CH.sub.2).sub.n+1CH(CH.sub.3).sub.2, R.sup.4 is —(CH.sub.2).sub.n−1CH(CH.sub.3).sub.2 G.sup.1 selected from monosaccharides with 4 to 6 carbon atoms, x in the range of from 1.1 to 10, n is a number in the range of from 1 to 4. ##STR00001##
