Aqueous cleaning composition with tertiary amine ionic liquid and quaternary ammonium antimicrobial surfactant
An aqueous cleaning composition, which may be suitable for use in cleaning hard surfaces, is described. The aqueous cleaning composition includes an N,N-dialkyl-N-aliphatic ammonium hydroxycarboxylate salt, a nonionic surfactant and/or anionic surfactant and a substantial amount of water. Other than an optional fragrance component, the cleaning composition is substantially free of volatile organic compounds. The cleaning compositions may also include a disinfecting quaternary surfactant and/or a chelating agent, such as an aminopolycarboxylate chelating agent.

An aqueous cleaning composition, which may be suitable for use in cleaning hard surfaces, is described. High foaming liquid alkaline cleaner concentrate composition
A high foaming liquid alkaline cleaner comprises one or more alkalinity sources; one or more surfactants comprising a hydrotrope, one or more wetting and soil emulsifying surfactants, one or more foam volume generating surfactants, and one or more foam boosting surfactants and one or more sequestrants. Optionally, an organic solvent can be utilized. The high foaming liquid alkaline cleaning composition is generally prepared in a concentrated form and can be diluted as with water. The alkaline cleaner provides effective cleaning properties, with respect to fats, oils, and organic soils.
HIGH FOAMING LIQUID ALKALINE CLEANER CONCENTRATE COMPOSITION
A high foaming liquid alkaline cleaner comprises one or more alkalinity sources; one or more surfactants comprising a hydrotrope, one or more wetting and soil emulsifying surfactants, one or more foam volume generating surfactants, and one or more foam boosting surfactants and one or more sequestrants. HIGH PERFORMANCE LOW VISCOELASTICITY FOAMING DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS EMPLOYING EXTENDED CHAIN ANIONIC SURFACTANTS
The invention meets the needs above by providing a surfactant system, mixture or blend that can be used as a part of a soaking composition. The surfactant system is capable of forming emulsions with, and thus removing, oily and greasy stains. In a preferred embodiment the surfactant compositions of the invention can remove non-trans fat and fatty acid stains. The invention involves foaming soaking compositions that have some or part of the anionic surfactant present in the same replaced with an extended chain anionic surfactant.

Multi-Surfactant Systems
Multi-surfactant systems where two or more surfactant molecules are coupled to control the spatial distribution of polar groups of the combined surfactant molecules are disclosed. The system can be implemented by an aqueous medium including an associate charge constant surfactant and charge variable surfactant. The charge variable surfactant has at least one neutral end group at one pH value of the medium and at least one either an anionic polar group or a cationic polar group at a different pH value of the medium. The charge constant surfactant has at least one, and preferably two or more groups that does not change charge at the one or different pH values of the aqueous medium. The multi-surfactant system can be coupled or connected to the surface of a substrate where the arrangement of the two or more coupled surfactant molecules control the polarity of the substrate surface.
Multi-Surfactant Systems

The need for a fast acting and broad spectrum antimicrobial composition which does not reduce surface shine and does not leave visible residues on the surface, while also providing greater residuality of the actives can be met by formulating antimicrobial compositions as described herein.
