High performance dishwasher compositions
A dishwasher composition includes at least one strong chelant, at least one weak chelant, at least one surfactant, and at least one enzyme. The dishwasher composition can be a liquid or a gel and has a pH of from 7.0 to 9.5 and may contain less than 1 wt. % silicates based on the total weight of the dishwasher composition. Methods of washing articles include preparing a wash solution that includes water and the dishwasher composition, and contacting at least one article with the washing solution during at least a portion of a wash cycle of a commercially-available dishwasher.
Etchant Compositions
Provided are compositions and methods for selectively etching hard mask layers and/or photoresist etch residues relative to low-k dielectric layers that are present. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition and process for selectively etching titanium nitride and/or photoresist etch residues relative to low-k dielectric layers. Other materials that may be present on the microelectronic device should not be substantially removed or corroded by said compositions.
Liquid detergent composition
A detergent composition having a) from about 1% to about 60%, by weight of the composition, of a surfactant system wherein the surfactant system includes: i) at least 35%, by weight of the surfactant system, of nonionic surfactant and ii) from 5% to about 20%, by weight of the surfactant system, of amine oxide. The detergent composition having greater than 3% of fatty acid.
POLYMER BLEND TO STABILIZE HIGHLY ALKALINE LAUNDRY DETERGENT
Liquid detergent compositions with polymer blends to provide a stable aqueous use solution of a highly alkaline detergent composition are provided. The liquid detergent composition include concentrates and use solutions with blends of alkali-swellable polymers (ASE) and hydrophobically-modified alkali-swellable polymers (HASE). Methods for washing textiles using the liquid detergent compositions are also provided.
Food contact surface sanitizing liquid
The present invention is for sanitizing compositions for sanitizing surfaces which may contact food. The composition may be provided in liquid form, and may include a quaternary amine, one or more surfactant, a fragrance, and water. At least 90% by weight of the fragrance comprises fragrance components that meet Class I qualifications of the Cramer classification system. All other components of the composition (e.g., the quaternary amine, the surfactants, water, and any optional components) meet the EPA guidelines under CFR 180.940(a). Since the composition only includes components that meet the EPA guidelines under CFR 180.940(a) (reflecting a presumption of low toxicity), and at least 90% of the fragrance itself (e.g., in the case of mixtures of fragrance components) meets the Cramer Class I qualifications, the composition is safe for application to surfaces that come in contact with food, where there is a heightened probability that traces of the composition will be ingested.

Cleaning composition, cleaning apparatus, and method of fabricating semiconductor device using the same
A cleaning composition, a cleaning apparatus, and a method of fabricating a semiconductor device, the cleaning composition including a surfactant; deionized water; and an organic compound, wherein the surfactant is included in the cleaning composition in a concentration of about 0.28 M to about 0.39 M or a mole fraction of about 0.01 to about 0.017, and wherein the organic compound is included in the cleaning composition in a concentration of about 7.1 M to about 7.5 M or a mole fraction of about 0.27 to about 0.35.
FOAMABLE CLEANING COMPOSITION
A foamable, liquid cleaning composition comprising: i. 0.5 to 5 wt. % C.sub.8-18 alkoxylated anoionic surfactant having 1 to 30 moles of alkylene oxide; ii. 5 to 20 wt. % nonionic surfactants; iii. 0.1 to 10 wt. % water miscible glycol ether solvent; iv. 0.1 to 10 wt % water immiscible fatty acid ester solvent selected from the group consisting of methyl laurate, ethyl laurate, ethyl octanoate or mixtures thereof; v. 0.1 to 10 wt % of sequestrant selected from the group consisting of citric, adipic, succinic, maleic, glutaric acids, mixtures thereof or salts thereof; and vi. water, wherein the composition has a viscosity of less than 100 mPa.Math.s at 25° C. and 20 s.sup.−1, wherein ratio of the sum of alkoxylated surfactant (i) and nonionic surfactant (ii) to the solvent is in a weight ratio ranging from 0.93:1 to 20:1, and wherein the pH of the composition ranges from 2.0 to 4.5. A cleaning system comprising a spraying device and a foamable liquid cleaning composition, said spraying device forming a foam with a density of less than 0.4 g/ml when ejected from the spray device through the spray head. A method of removing oily fatty stains from fabric. Use of the composition for the removal of oily fatty stains from fabric, said use comprising applying the liquid cleaning composition in the form of a foam onto the surface of the fabric.
