BIOREACTOR ASSEMBLIES, PERFUSION BIOREACTOR SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
The present disclosure relates to a bioreactor assembly having a housing defining an interior chamber; a lid assembly removably coupled to the housing and enclosing the interior chamber; and a gimbal assembly disposable within the interior chamber. The gimbal assembly includes a cradle configured to hold an organ or organ scaffold and an arm assembly configured to move the cradle between a plurality of positions. The bioreactor assembly also includes an ultrasound imaging unit positioned to capture volumetric and/or spatial data of the organ or organ scaffold.
Reactor Systems
This disclosure relates to equipment utilized to manufacture chemical agents, particularly biopharmaceuticals. In some embodiments, reactor systems comprising a mobile carriage assembly; a disposable reaction container removably attached to the carriage assembly; and, a carriage holder into which the mobile carriage assembly may be removably inserted are provided.
Hanging Cell Culture Millifluidic Device
Devices and systems for cell culture analysis are provided. A device for cell culture analysis includes a first component comprising a receptacle configured to receive a cell culture insert having an apical surface and a basal surface and a second component. The device further includes an inlet port disposed at at least one of the first and second components and an outlet port disposed at at least one of the first and second components. The first component and second component are releasably couplable and configured to define a flow path from the inlet port to the outlet port when in a coupled state. The flow path is at least partially defined by a surface of the second component, and the first component is configured to expose the basal surface of the cell culture insert to the flow path.
PLATFORMS AND SYSTEMS FOR AUTOMATED CELL CULTURE
Disclosed herein are platforms, systems, and methods including a cell culture system that includes a cell culture container comprising a cell culture, the cell culture receiving input cells, a cell imaging subsystem configured to acquire images of the cell culture, a computing subsystem configured to perform a cell culture process on the cell culture according to the images acquired by the cell imaging subsystem, and a cell editing subsystem configured to edit the cell culture to produce output cell products according to the cell culture process.
RETAINING TABLE FOR FLUID PROCESSING SYSTEM
A retaining table for use with a fluid processing system includes a plate having a generally flat top surface with opposed first and second ends and opposed first and second lateral edges for supporting a disposable container, a first retaining structure connected to the plate along the first end, and a second retaining structure connected to the plate along the second end.
SPLIT SHAKER AND INCUBATOR COMPRISING THE SAME
A split shaker for an incubator, the incubator defining an incubation chamber, wherein the split shaker includes a disk drive motor for driving a shaking table, a disk drive motor including a stator assembly disposed outside the incubation chamber, and a rotor assembly disposed inside the incubation chamber having a central shaft and a rotor turntable mounted on the central shaft; wherein the rotation of the rotor turntable drives a shaking movement of the shaking table.
FILTRATION ASSEMBLIES, CASSETTES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR FILTRATION AND CELL GROWTH
The present invention features filtration assemblies, cassettes, systems, and methods for filtering cells from a sample solution and then incubating the captured cells.
Fluid mixing systems with adjustable mixing element
A fluid mixing system includes a support housing having an interior surface bounding a chamber. A flexible bag is disposed within the chamber of the support housing, the flexible bag having an interior surface bounding a compartment. An impeller is disposed within the chamber of the flexible bag. A drive shaft is coupled with the impeller such that rotation of the drive shaft facilitates rotation of the impeller. A drive motor assembly is coupled with the draft shaft and is adapted to rotate the drive shaft. An adjustable arm assembly is coupled with the drive motor assembly and is adapted to move the drive motor assembly which in turn moves the position of the drive shaft and impeller. An electrical controller can control movement of the adjustable arm.
BIOFABRICATION SYSTEM
A system with reusable components and methods are disclosed for culturing, forming, perfusing, and maintaining a perfusible-tissue construct. The system uses a production container comprising a floor, a wall extending from the floor, wherein the floor and wall define a production reservoir, a formation section defined in the floor, wherein the formation section comprises at least one well, and a grip extending outwardly from the formation section; wherein the production container is made of a biocompatible material that remains stable when autoclaved.
SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIC SAMPLE(S)
Micro-biological colony counters and more particularly, systems and methods for feeding, identifying, counting, classifying, segregating and collecting organic samples such as but not limited to micro-organisms. The system can classify colonies in different classes such as bacteria and fungus present in an organic sample and also gives a digital count on the number of colonies present in each of the classes separately. The system reduces the time in counting and classification of microbes in each class separately, eliminates manual errors and requires less manual intervention. The system is reliable and can perform the counting and classification of microbes in each class separately even in absence of well-trained technician. The system can count surface colonies in petri-dish and can count colonies in different size or diameter of petri-dish.
