HAND-HELD HAIR STYLING DEVICE
A hand-held hair styling device includes a body having a front side, a back side, and a side edge extending between the front and back sides. A rotatable base is mounted on the body for rotation relative to the body about an axis of rotation. The rotatable base has a surface facing generally away from the body. The axis of rotation of the rotatable base extends substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the body. At least one hair styling element is mounted on the surface of the rotatable base for rotation with the rotatable base. The hair styling element includes a twisted elongate member.
Handheld motorized hair styling device
The handheld motorized hair styling device is a battery-operated, motorized, hair styling tool that produces a styled pattern of curls, twists, and/or coils in hair. The handheld motorized hair styling device creates the styled pattern by moving a contoured styling pad against the hair in a roto-linear motion. The speed and direction of the roto-linear motion may be changed using controls on the handheld motorized hair styling device. The styling pad may be removed and replaced and the battery is rechargeable.
Hair twisting system
A hair twisting system and method of can include: a frame having an annular shape, the frame defining a frame inner surface, a frame outer surface, and a frame front surface; a handle extending from a proximal end of the frame in a direction away from the frame, the handle including side walls which converge toward one another in the proximal direction to define a proximal tip, where the side walls define an exterior griping surface and are separated by an opening in a proximal portion thereof to provide an interior griping surface; and strings extending linearly between opposing portions of the frame inner surface, wherein the strings intersect to form a grid network defining openings between adjacent strings, where the intersections are moveable.
HAND-HELD HAIR STYLING DEVICE
A hand-held hair styling device has a body having a wider side between narrower sides. A rotatable base is mounted on the body for rotation relative to the body. The rotatable base has an exposed surface facing generally away from the body. An axis of rotation of the rotatable base extends substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the body. A plurality of hair styling elements extending generally away from the body are mounted on the exposed surface of the rotatable base for rotation relative to the body with the rotatable base. A method of styling hair includes rotating the rotatable base and the hair styling elements thereon while at least some of the hair styling elements are in contact with a person's hair.
Auto Twist Sponge Brush Device
The present invention relates to a novel automatic twist sponge brush device. The device is a hair styling tool for keeping hair naturally curly. The device comprises a brush component with a handle end and a working tool end. The working tool end comprises a sponge head with inch holes spaced inches apart in rows and columns. The sponge head is mounted on a three cam rotating head and powered by a battery or electrical plug. In use, the automatic twist sponge brush device firmly, yet gently, rotates and rubs a user's hair in a circular motion to create twists, curls, and coils.
Hair twisting system
A hair twisting system and method can include: a frame, the frame including a frame inner surface, a frame outer surface, and a frame front surface; strings extended between portions of the frame interior surface, the strings define areas between the strings, the strings providing woven moveable intersections, the strings configured to be: pressed down into hair towards a scalp, and then simultaneously moved out away from the scalp while being rotated until the strings disengage from the hair for creating twisted locks; and a handle coupled to the frame, the handle including side structures, the side structures providing an interior griping surface between the side structures and an exterior griping surface.
Multi-Use Hair Styling Apparatus and Methods of Use
A hairstyling apparatus has a cushioning sheath that defines an enclosed opening and a flexible frame positioned within the cushioning sheath. The frame extends along an inner perimeter of the cushioning sheath such that end portions of the frame are adjacent the ends of the cushioning sheath. First and second sides of the cushioning sheath are capable of being twisted with respect to each other such that first and side portions of the frame cause the enclosed opening to become smaller.
Hair waving apparatus
A hair waving apparatus includes a handle component defining a longitudinal axis, and proximal and distal ends and a rotatable component operatively coupled to the handle component and adapted for rotatable movement about the longitudinal axis to engage a length of hair to impart a waving effect to the length of hair. The rotatable component includes a first treatment member and a second treatment member configured for relative movement between an open condition and an approximated condition. At least one of the first and second treatment members includes a heating element. A drive is operatively coupled to the rotatable component to impart rotational movement to the rotatable component.
