A steel sheet includes: a predetermined chemical composition; and a steel structure represented by, in area %, first martensite in which two or more iron carbides each having a circle-equivalent diameter of 2 nm to 500 nm are contained in each lath: 20% to 95%, ferrite: 15% or less, retained austenite: 15% or less, and the balance: bainite, or second martensite in which less than two iron carbides each having a circle-equivalent diameter of 2 nm to 500 nm are contained in each lath, or the both of these, in which the total area fraction of ND//<111> orientation grains and ND//<100> orientation grains is 40% or less, and the content of solid-solution C is 0.44 ppm or more.

The steel includes (in wt. %) C: 0.01-0.2; Mn: 3.1-9.0; Al: 0.5-3.0; and optionally further alloying elements selected from Si, Cr, V, Nb, Ti and Mo; inevitable impurities and the balance is Fe.

The steel sheet of the present invention has a steel microstructure containing, in area fraction, martensite: from 20% to 100%, ferrite: from 0% to 80%, and another metal phase: 5% or less, and in which a ratio of a dislocation density in metal phases on a surface of the steel sheet to a dislocation density in the metal phases in a thicknesswise central portion of the steel sheet is from 30% to 80%. The maximum amount of warpage of the steel sheet when the steel sheet is sheared to a length of 1 m in a rolling direction is 15 mm or less.

Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and method for manufacturing same and annealing separator

Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet excellent in magnetic properties and excellent in adhesion of a primary coating to the steel sheet is provided. The grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is provided with a base steel sheet having a chemical composition containing C: 0.005% or less, Si: 2.5 to 4.5%, Mn: 0.050 to 1.000%, a total of S and Se: 0.005% or less, sol. A sum of perimeters of the Al oxides at the peak position of Al emission intensity is 0.20 to 1.00 μm/μm.sup.2, and a number density of Al oxides is 0.02 to 0.20/μm.sup.2.

The maximum amount of warpage of the steel sheet when the steel sheet is sheared to a length of 1 m in a rolling direction is 15 mm or less.
