A hot-rolled steel sheet for a non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to one aspect of the present invention contains, by mass %, C: 0.0050% or less, Si: 0.5% or more and 3.5% or less, Mn: 0.1% or more and 1.5% or less, Al: 0.1% or more and 1.5% or less, Cu: 0.01% or more and 0.10% or less, Sn: 0.01% or more and 0.20% or less, and a remainder including Fe and impurities, in which the hot-rolled steel sheet has a Cu concentration peak value of 0.12% or more in a range from a surface thereof to a depth of 10 μm.

An austenitic heat resisting steel includes, as a chemical composition, by mass %: C: 0.04% to 0.12%; Si: 0.10% to 0.30%; Mn: 0.20% to 0.80%; P: 0% to 0.030%; S: 0.0001% to 0.0020%: Sn: 0.0005% to 0.0230%; Cu: 2.3% to 3.8%; Co: 0.90% to 2.40%; Ni: 22.0% to 28.0%; Cr: 20.0% to 25.0%; Mo: 0.01% to 0.40%; W: 2.8% to 4.2%; Nb: 0.20% to 0.80%; B: 0.0010% to 0.0050%; and N: 0.16% to 0.30%, and a remainder of Fe and impurities, optionally further includes one or more selected from Al, O, V, Ti, Ta, C, Mg, and REM, in which 0.0012%≤[% S]+[% Sn]≤2.5×[% B]+0.0125% is satisfied.
Method for manufacturing grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and grain-oriented electrical steel sheet
A method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an aspect of the present invention includes a step of obtaining a hot-rolled steel sheet by carrying out hot rolling on a slab containing a predetermined component composition with a remainder including Fe and impurities, a step of obtaining a hot-rolled annealed sheet by carrying out hot-rolled sheet annealing as necessary, a step of carrying out pickling to obtain a pickled sheet, a step of carrying out cold rolling to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet, a step of carrying out primary recrystallization annealing, a step of applying an annealing separating agent including MgO to a surface and then carrying out final annealing to obtain a final-annealed sheet, and a step of applying an insulating coating and then carrying out flattening annealing.
GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME AND ANNEALING SEPARATOR
Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet excellent in magnetic properties and excellent in adhesion of a primary coating to the steel sheet is provided. The grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is provided with a base steel sheet having a chemical composition containing C: 0.005% or less, Si: 2.5 to 4.5%, Mn: 0.050 to 1.000%, a total of S and Se: 0.005% or less, sol. Al: 0.005% or less, and N: 0.005% or less and having a balance of Fe and impurities and a primary coating having Mg.sub.2 SiO.sub.4 as a main constituent formed on a surface of the base steel sheet. A peak position of Al emission intensity obtained when conducting elemental analysis by glow discharge spectrometry from a surface of the primary coating in a thickness direction is present in a range of 2.0 to 12.0 .Math.m from a surface of the primary coating to the thickness direction. A sum of perimeters of the Al oxides at the peak position of Al emission intensity is 0.20 to 1.00 .Math.m/.Math.m.sup.2, and a number density of Al oxides is 0.02 to 0.20 /.Math.m.sup.2.
STEEL SHEET AND ENAMELED PRODUCT
This steel sheet has a predetermined chemical composition, and, on a surface parallel to a surface at a ¼ position of a sheet thickness in a sheet thickness direction from the surface, with respect to a total area of three types of oxides of MnO, Cr.sub.2O.sub.3 and Al.sub.2O.sub.3 having a major axis of more than 1.0 μm, a total area ratio of the MnO and the Cr.sub.2O.sub.3 is 98.0% or more, and an area ratio of the Al.sub.2O.sub.3 is 2.0% or less.
STEEL SHEET, MEMBER, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THEM
A steel sheet having a tensile strength (TS) of 780 MPa or more and less than 1180 MPa, high LME resistance, and good weld fatigue properties. The steel sheet has a specific chemical composition and a specific steel microstructure. Crystal grains containing an oxide of Si and/or Mn in a region within 4.9 μm in a thickness direction from a surface of the steel sheet have an average grain size in the range of 3 to 10 μm, the lowest Si concentration L.sub.Si and the lowest Mn concentration L.sub.Mn in the region within 4.9 μm in the thickness direction from the surface of the steel sheet and a Si concentration T.sub.Si and a Mn concentration T.sub.Mn at a quarter thickness position of the steel sheet satisfy a specified formula.

An austenitic stainless steel consists of 0.010 to 0.200% by mass of C, 2.00% by mass or less of Si, 3.00% by mass or less of Mn, 0.035% by mass or less of P, 0.0300% by mass or less of S, 6.00 to 14.00% by mass of Ni, 20.0 to 26.0% by mass of Cr, 3.00% by mass or less of Mo, 0.01 to 3.00% by mass of Cu, 1.000% by mass of less of Ti, 0.200% by mass or less of Al, 0.1000% by mass or less of Ca, 0.100 to 0.250% by mass of N, and 0.0080% by mass or less of 0, the balance being Fe and impurities.

The number density of the inclusion having the composition is 0.5 inclusions/mm.sup.2 or less.
NON ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET, IRON CORE, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF IRON CORE, MOTOR, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MOTOR
A non oriented electrical steel sheet includes, as a chemical composition, by mass%, 1.0% or more and 5.0% or less of Si, wherein a sheet thickness is 0.10 mm or more and 0.35 mm or less, an average grain size is 30 .Math.m or more and 200 .Math.m or less, an X1 value defined by X = (2 × B.sub.50L + B.sub.50C) / (3 × I.sub.s) is less than 0.845, an X2 value defined by X2 = (B.sub.50L + 2 × B.sub.50D + B.sub.50C) / (4 × I.sub.s) is 0.800 or more, and an iron loss W.sub.10/1k is 80 W/kg or less.
High-strength steel sheet and production method therefor
There are provided a high-strength steel sheet excellent in strength, workability in terms of, for example, λ, and energy absorption characteristics, and a production method therefor. The high-strength steel sheet has a specific component composition and a steel microstructure containing, on an area percent basis, 1% to 35% ferrite having an aspect ratio of 2.0 or more, 10% or less ferrite having an aspect ratio of less than 2.0, less than 5% non-recrystallized ferrite, 40% to 80% in total of bainite and martensite containing carbide, 5% to 35% in total of fresh martensite and retained austenite, and 3% to 35% retained austenite, the retained austenite having a C content of 0.40% to 0.70% by mass.
