A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to one embodiment of the invention has a chemical composition represented by C: 0.0030% or less, Si: 2.00% or less, Al: 1.00% or less, Mn: 0.10% to 2.00%, S: 0.0030% or less, one or more selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Nd, Pr, La, Ce, Zn, and Cd: greater than 0.0100% and not greater than 0.0250% in total, a parameter Q represented by Q=[Si]+2×[Al]−[Mn]: 2.00 or less; Sn: 0.00% to 0.40%, Cu: 0.00% to 1.00%, and a remainder: Fe and impurities, and a parameter R represented by R=(I.sub.100+I.sub.310+I.sub.411+I.sub.521)/(I.sub.111+I.sub.211+I.sub.332+I.sub.221) is 0.80 or greater.
Cold-rolled steel plate for hot forming, having excellent corrosion-resistance and spot-weldability, hot-formed member, and method for manufacturing same
An aspect of the present invention relates to a cold-rolled steel plate for hot forming, which is excellent in corrosion-resistance and spot-weldability, contains, by weight %, C: 0.1-0.4%, Si: 0.5-2.0%, Mn: 0.01-4.0%, Al: 0.001-0.4%, P: 0.001-0.05%, S: 0.0001-0.02%, Cr: 0.5% to less than 3.0%, N: 0.001-0.02%, and a balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, satisfying formula (1) below, and includes an Si amorphous oxidation layer continuously or discontinuously formed at a thickness of 1 nm-100 nm on the surface thereof. Formula (1): 1.4≤0.4*Cr+Si≤3.2 (wherein element symbols denote measurements of respective element contents by weight %).
NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet with low magnetic anisotropy, which comprises the following chemical elements in mass percentage: 0<C≤0.005%; Si: 2.0-3.5%; Mn: 0.1-2.0%; at least one of Sn and Sb: 0.003-0.2%; Al: 0.2-1.8%; the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. Further disclosed is a manufacturing method for the above non-oriented electrical steel sheet with low magnetic anisotropy, which includes the following steps: (1) smelting and casting; (2) hot rolling; (3) normalizing; (4) cold rolling; (5) continuous annealing: rapidly heating a cold-rolled steel sheet from an initial temperature of 350° C.-750° C. to a soaking temperature at a heating rate of 50-800° C./s, and performing soaking and heat preservation; and (6) applying an insulating coating to obtain a finished non-oriented electrical steel sheet. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet is characterized by low iron loss and low magnetic anisotropy at high frequency.
GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SAME
Disclosed is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet capable of obtaining excellent magnetic properties stably over the entire coil length. A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes: a chemical composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.005% or less, Si: 2.0% to 4.5%, and Mn: 0.01% to 0.5%, and, in mass ppm, N: 20 ppm or less, each of Se, Te, and O: less than 50 ppm, S: less than 30 ppm, and acid-soluble Al: less than 40 ppm, and Ti: less than 30 ppm, of which 5 ppm or more and 25 ppm or less is acid-soluble Ti, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities; and precipitates containing Ti and N with a grain size of 200 nm or more at a frequency of 0.05 grains/mm.sup.2 or more.
COLD-ROLLED STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A cold-rolled steel sheet has a predetermined chemical composition; a structure of the told-rolled steel sheet at a position which is ¼ of a sheet thickness from a surface contains, in a volume percentage, 80.0% or more of tempered martensite, more than 2.5% and less than 10.0% of residual austenite, 0% or more and 15.0% or less of ferrite and bainite in total, 0% or more and 3.0% or less of martensite, and the remainder structure. With respect to the above-described structure, a maximum value of a random specific intensity Iq is 4.0 or less, an average diameter of a region Rq which has an orientation within 10° from a crystal orientation in which the random specific intensity Iq is maximum is 10.0 μm or less, a surface density of the region Rq is 1000 pieces/mm.sup.2 or more, a tensile strength is 1310 MPa or more, a uniform elongation is 5.0% or more, and TS×λ is 35000 MPa.Math.% or more.
VEHICLE DOOR OF ARMOR STEEL
A vehicle door includes a window frame and a lower surface portion formed jointly with the window frame in one piece from a hot formed and press hardened sheet metal plate which is made of a steel alloy which includes, in weight-%: Carbon 0.33-0.38, Silicon 0.2-0.7, Manganese 0.7-1.2, Phosphorus max. 0.03, Sulfur max. 0.02, Boron 0.002-0.005, Chromium 0.6-1.0, Copper max. 0.12, Nitrogen max. 0.005, Titanium 0.015-0.025, Nickel 1.5-2.0, Molybdenum 0.2-0.6, Tin max. 0.04, and as optional components Aluminum 0.006-0.08, Niobium 0.02-0.05, with a balance being iron and incidental impurities. At least the lower surface portion has a Brinell hardness of 500 to 600 HB and a yield strength of 1,200 to 1,450 MPa, wherein the lower surface portion and/or the window frame has a wall thickness of at least 6 mm.
STEEL SHEET, MEMBER, AND PRODUCTION METHODS THEREFOR
A steel sheet has a tensile strength of 1310 MPa or higher, a specified chemical composition, and a steel microstructure containing martensite at an area ratio of 70% or more, bainite at an area ratio of 30% or less, and ferrite and retained austenite at a total area ratio of 5% or less, in which, at a ¼ thickness position of the steel sheet, a number density of carbides having long axes of 0.5 μm or more is 60000 carbides/mm.sup.2 or less, in a ¼-to-¾ thickness region of the steel sheet, a number density of inclusion grains having equivalent circle diameters of 4.0 μm or more is 10 grains/mm.sup.2 or more and 30 grains/mm.sup.2 or less, and, in a surface-to-¼ thickness region of the steel sheet, a number density of inclusion grains having equivalent circle diameters of 4.0 μm or more is 27 grains/mm.sup.2 or less.
GRAIN ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET
A grain oriented electrical steel sheet includes the texture aligned with Goss orientation. In the grain oriented electrical steel sheet, when a grain size RAα.sub.L, a grain size RAβ.sub.L, and a grain size RAγ.sub.L are defined in a rolling direction L, the grain sizes satisfy RAβ.sub.L<RAα.sub.L and RAγ.sub.L<RAα.sub.L.

Realized is ferritic stainless steel which has excellent high-temperature strength and excellent red scale resistance. The ferritic stainless steel contains not more than 0.025% by mass of C, 0.05% by mass to 3.0% by mass of Si, 0.05% by mass to 2.0% by mass of Mn, not more than 0.04% by mass of P, not more than 0.003% 0.03% by mass of S, not more than 0.5% by mass of Ni, 10.5% by mass to 25.0% by mass of Cr, not more than 0.025% by mass of N, 0.05% by mass to 1.0% by mass of Nb, not more than 3.0% by mass of Mo, not more than 1.8% by mass of Cu, not more than 0.2% by mass of Al, and not more than 0.5% by mass of Ti. The sum of the concentrations of Cr and Si, each of which is present as oxide or hydroxide, at a surface of the ferritic stainless steel and at depths to 6 nm from the surface is a given value or more.
