Repeatedly Refillable Reusable Dispenser
A repeatedly refillable reusable dispenser, which may be a roll-on dispenser, includes a housing having an interior volume within which is exposed via uncoupling an upper section from the lower section. The upper section comprises a means of uncoupling from the lower section, exposing the interior volume. The interior volume includes a means to dispose a refill solution within a cartridge incorporating a solvent within. Coupling of the upper section to the lower section seals the mix of refill solution within the interior volume. The upper section includes a means of engaging the refill solution within the interior volume, dispensing the refill solution through an applicator apparatus exposed externally through the upper section of the housing, allowing refill solution to transfer through the applicator as the material is in contact from within the interior volume, dispensing the solution through the applicator, thereby rendering the dispenser housing reusable repeatedly by refilling.
Lipstick container
A lipstick container, including: a container main body and a cap, in which the container main body includes a middle plate body provided with a screw pin, a middle cylindrical body, an inner cylindrical body in which a spiral groove into which the screw pin screwed is formed, and an outer cylindrical body, and one of the middle plate body and the inner cylindrical body moves up to a fixed position through rotation of the outer cylindrical body, and once the one reaches the fixed position, the other of the middle plate body and the inner cylindrical body moves up through rotation of the outer cylindrical body.

A lipstick container, including: a container main body and a cap, in which the container main body includes a middle plate body provided with a screw pin, a middle cylindrical body, an inner cylindrical body in which a spiral groove into which the screw pin screwed is formed, and an outer cylindrical body, and one of the middle plate body and the inner cylindrical body moves up to a fixed position through rotation of the outer cylindrical body, and once the one reaches the fixed position, the other of the middle plate body and the inner cylindrical body moves up through rotation of the outer cylindrical body.
DISPENSERS
A method of manufacturing a dispenser for a product in stick form (50). The dispenser includes an inner tube (12) and a product concealing tube (16) disposed outwardly of the inner tube (12). The product concealing tube (16) is retractable and extendable relative to the inner tube (12) for exposing and covering a product stick (50) extending from a distal end of the inner tube (12) in use. The method includes: providing a first blank of sheet material for providing the inner tube (12) of the dispenser; wrapping the first blank around a mandrel to provide the inner tube (12) of the dispenser; and providing a second blank of sheet material for providing the product concealing tube (16) of the dispenser. The second blank comprises a slot, and a guide element (38) disposed within the slot. The method also includes: applying a bonding agent to the second blank in a region corresponding to a surface of the guide element (38); and wrapping the second blank around the inner tube (12) while the inner tube (12) is held on a mandrel to provide the product concealing tube (16), with the surface of the guide element (38) to which bonding agent has been applied facing the inner tube (12), such that the guide element (38) becomes bonded to an exterior surface of the inner tube (12). The slot provides a recess (24) in the interior surface of the formed product concealing tube (16). In use, the product concealing tube (16) is movable relative to the inner tube (12) with the guide element (38) cooperating with the recess (24) for guiding the movement of the product concealing tube (16) relative to the inner tube (12). There is also provided a dispenser for a product in stick form (50).
DISPENSERS
A method of manufacturing a dispenser for a product in stick form (50). The dispenser includes an inner tube (12) and a product concealing tube (16) disposed outwardly of the inner tube (12). The product concealing tube (16) is retractable and extendable relative to the inner tube (12) for exposing and covering a product stick (50) extending from a distal end of the inner tube (12) in use. There is also provided a dispenser for a product in stick form (50).
Eco-friendly cosmetic container
A cosmetic container may include a base assembly including an open top and a closed bottom, and a cap configured to be removably coupled to the base assembly. The base assembly may include a helical slot on an inner surface. The cosmetic container may include a shell configured to fit within the base assembly, and a cup configured to fit within the shell. The cup may be configured to engage with the helical slot to move up and down within the cosmetic container. The cup may be configured for holding a cosmetic product stick. The base assembly, the shell, the cup and the cap may be formed from a same eco-friendly material.
Eco-friendly cosmetic container
A cosmetic container may include a base assembly including an open top and a closed bottom, and a cap configured to be removably coupled to the base assembly. The base assembly may include a helical slot on an inner surface. The cosmetic container may include a shell configured to fit within the base assembly, and a cup configured to fit within the shell. The cup may be configured to engage with the helical slot to move up and down within the cosmetic container. The cup may be configured for holding a cosmetic product stick. The base assembly, the shell, the cup and the cap may be formed from a same eco-friendly material.
Refillable lipstick case
A refillable lipstick case comprising a refill, an outer shell and a cover. The refill is configured to be detachably received at least partially within a hollow cylindrical body of the outer shell such that the refill can be replaced when a cosmetic stick held within the refill is used up by a consumer. The outer shell and the cover are retained for re-use, and the refill can be replaced with a new refill.
PERSONAL CARE APPLICATOR ASSEMBLY
An applicator includes a product-dispensing cartridge assembly insertable within a shell, and a separate, decorative case that covers at least a portion of the shell. A cap closes off the open upper end of the shell through a magnetic attachment. The cartridge assembly includes a product cartridge, threaded jackscrew and riser. The jackscrew includes lever and a knob that fits onto the lever, such that when the knob is rotated, the riser slides up and down within the cartridge to advance and retract the product. The cap, case and knob may have outer side surfaces that are flush, at least when the knob is at particular degrees of rotation. The product to be administered is a preferably a waxy or semi-solid such as a lip balm, deodorant or other cosmetic or personal hygiene or protective product.
