The thermal container is received in the thermal container receiving section for cooling down the cosmetic product stored in the container. Another embodiment includes a thermal assembly with a thermal rod mounted onto a base plate that is inserted into a container. The container may include a spray nozzle cap mounted to a top end.

The hair removal device emits light to the cold compressing portion. The heat conducting portion absorbs heat of the cold compressing portion. The cool driving portion drives the external cooling medium to take away the heat of the heat conducting portion. The cold compressing portion emits light to irradiate the hair follicles of the skin of the user, and uses the light to penetrate the skin to irradiate the hair follicles for hair removal. Therefore, the hair device has both functions of hair removal and skin care.
