Supply line connecting device in a foldable agricultural machine
An agricultural machine comprises a first frame part and a second frame part pivotably arranged about a vertical shaft relative to the first frame part. At least one first supply line which extends along the first frame part and at least one second supply line which extends along the second frame part, wherein a connecting device connects the at least first supply line and the at least second supply line together. To prevent distortion of the supply lines when pivoting the frame parts relative to one another, the connecting device comprises a retainer on which at least one rigid pipe connection is arranged for connecting the first and second supply lines wherein the pipe connection comprises two connecting ends aligned axially relative to one another, between which a bearing disc is clamped, wherein the bearing disc is rotatably mounted on the retainer.
Pull-type disk mowing machine transport system
A pull-type crop engaging machine such as a rotary mower comprises a frame mounted on transversely spaced field ground wheels for movement with a hitch arm extending to a tractor and a transport assembly attached behind the frame for moving downwardly to a transport position so that in the transport position the hitch arm extends from one end of the frame generally in the transverse direction for towing the machine in the transverse direction. The transport includes a transport ground wheel which acts to raise the frame to pass underneath the crop engaging system to support the machine on the wheel, on a second wheel behind the frame and on the hitch. The movement of the hitch and the wheel is connected and started at a position of the hitch so that the machine remains balanced. A shield behind the frame includes a portion which moves with the transport wheel.
Implement operating apparatus
An implement operating apparatus has a U-shaped drive frame supported on drive wheels, each pivotally mounted about a vertical wheel pivot axis. A steering control selectively pivots each drive wheel. A power source is connected through a drive control to rotate the drive wheels in either direction. First and second implements are configured to perform implement operations and to rest on the ground and when the drive frame is maneuvered to an implement loading position with respect to each implement, the implement is connectable to the drive frame and movable to an operating position supported by the drive frame. When the implement is in the operating position, the steering and drive controls are operative to move and steer the drive frame and implement along a first travel path or a second travel path oriented generally perpendicular to the first travel path.
AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
An agricultural machine (2) comprises an operating unit (6) and a carrier assembly (8) for the operating unit. The carrier assembly (8) includes a carrier arm (12) and a suspension system (16) by which the operating unit (6) is suspended from the carrier arm (12). The suspension system (16) including two pairs of connecting rods, comprising a pair of upper connecting rods (28) and a pair of lower connecting rods (30), each said connecting rod being attached via joints (32) to the operating unit (6) and the carrier arm (12). A first pair (30) of said upper and lower connecting rods diverge in a working direction of the operating unit and a second pair (28) and of said upper and lower connecting rods converge in a working direction of the operating unit.
Portable roller groover assembly
A portable roller groover assembly may include an assembly frame. At least one wheel unit may be provided on the assembly frame. The wheel unit may have at least one wheel selectively deployable in an extended position to deploy the assembly frame in a towing configuration and a retracted position to deploy the assembly frame in a grooving configuration. A towing hitch interface may be provided on the assembly frame. The towing hitch interface may be configured to facilitate coupling of a towing vehicle to the assembly frame in the towing configuration. A grooving hitch interface provided on the assembly frame may be configured to facilitate coupling of the towing vehicle to the assembly frame in the grooving configuration. A groover on the assembly frame may have a plurality of spaced-apart groover disks.
Agricultural header with dolly carried by gauge wheel arm
An agricultural header includes: a header frame; at least one cutter carried by the header frame and configured to cut crop material; and a transport assembly coupled to the header frame and including: a gauge wheel arm pivotably coupled to the header frame and pivotable between a transport position and a working position; and a dolly coupled to the gauge wheel arm and including a pair of dolly wheel mounts configured to mount a pair of wheels thereto. The dolly is coupled to the gauge wheel arm such that the dolly is carried by the gauge wheel arm between the transport position and the working position and is swivelable about a swivel axis extending through the gauge wheel arm when the gauge wheel arm is in the transport position.
TRANSPORT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE USED TO BLOCK RETRACTION OF HEADER TILT CYLINDER
An agricultural machine having: a chassis; field wheels; a header having harvesting elements; a tilt actuator connected between the header and the chassis and configured to receive a pressurized hydraulic fluid to operate the tilt actuator to raise the header from a lowered position; and a hydraulic circuit configured to reconfigure the agricultural machine between a field position and a transport position. The hydraulic circuit has a pilot valve located in a tilt actuator input path and movable to selectively open and close the tilt actuator input path, and a hydraulic actuator configured to receive a pressurized hydraulic fluid to operate the actuator during reconfiguration of the machine from a field position to a transport position. The pilot valve is configured to close when pressurized hydraulic fluid is received from the actuator input, and open position when the hydraulic fluid is not received at the pilot valve.
Agricultural header with foldable transport wheel assembly
An agricultural header for an agricultural vehicle includes: a header frame; at least one cutter carried by the header frame and configured to cut crop material; and a transport assembly coupled to the header frame. The transport assembly includes: a first arm coupled to the header frame and including a first wheel mount configured to mount a first transport wheel thereto; a second arm pivotably coupled to the header frame and including a second wheel mount configured to mount a second transport wheel thereto; and a cross arm coupling the first arm to the second arm. The cross arm is releasably coupled to the first arm such that the cross arm and the second arm are slideable and nestable with one another when the cross arm is uncoupled from the first arm.
Combined gauge wheel and integrated transport system
A steering system for an agricultural machine includes a first and second wheel assembly. Each wheel assembly includes an axle assembly including an axle, wheels rotatably connected to the axle, and a double-action hydraulic cylinder. In some embodiments, the double-action hydraulic cylinder is configured to pivot the wheels in either direction to indicate a direction of turn. In some embodiments, the double-action hydraulic cylinder of the first wheel assembly is hydraulically linked in its operation to an operation of the double-action hydraulic cylinder of the second wheel assembly.
ENDWISE TRANSPORTABLE IMPLEMENT WITH SEQUENTIAL HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
A towable implement that is shiftable between a wide field configuration and a narrow transport configuration using a folding tongue and vertically adjustable transport wheels. Shifting of the towable implement between the field and transport configurations can be accomplished primarily by hydraulic power, with little or no manual manipulation of implement components being required.
