A rain cover configured and sized to cover at least the backpack body, the rain cover having at least a deployed condition in which the rain cover extends from the top portion downwardly to cover over the entire backpack body to protect the backpack body and the articles contained within the backpack body from precipitation while the backpack is worn by the user during precipitation, and the rain cover having at least a stowed condition within the rain cover storage compartment of the haul handle to provide padding to the haul handle when the hand of the user grasps the haul handle to pick-up the backpack.

The present invention relates to a drawing-board backpack dual-use garment, comprising a garment body which can be used as a bag front body and bag rear body of a drawing-board backpack; in the direction of the garment body the neckline of said garment body is provided with a closable opening (701) for a drawing board to be inserted or removed; the lower part of the garment body is provided with a fifth connecting member (204) which can connect the lower part of the garment body together to form the bottom of the backpack, and/or comprises a first decoration which can be used as the bottom of the backpack; said first decoration can be connected to the lower part of the garment body, and can be used as a detachable second decoration of a backpack strap (205).

Aspects herein are directed to a stowable garment system that allows for quick deployment and donning of an upper-body garment that is stowed within a pouch located on the front of a belt structure configured to encircle the waist of a wearer. The garment comprises at least a front section and a back section, where a portion of the front section is attached to the pouch. The garment further comprises a first tab extending from a bottom margin at a first side of the back section and a second tab extending from the bottom margin at a second opposite side of the back section. When stowed within the pouch, the tabs extend through one or more openings in the pouch. The wearer may exert tension on the tabs to actuate a quick-release mechanism and enable the garment to be deployed and donned.

A convertible tote bag assembly is provided. The tote bag includes an exterior housing that is an article of clothing having fastening members. An interior panel may be seated and coupled within the exterior housing, wherein the exterior housing is wrapped around the interior panel to engage the fastening members in a closed manner. A strap may be coupled to the exterior housing, wherein when the interior panel and the strap are removed from the exterior housing, the exterior housing converts into a wearable article of clothing, such as a shirt, blouse, or a pair of slacks. In some embodiments, the exterior housing may include at least one pair of sleeves coupled to a bodice, wherein the strap is slidably positioned through the pair of sleeves. The bodice may include an opening defining a neckline, such that the exterior housing may be worn as clothing.
