Compositions, systems, and methods of using alkaline-producing Aluminate salts in the sludge collection and digestion steps of wastewater processing to reduce acidity and/or build alkalinity, reduce hydrogen sulfide release, and reduce phosphate in the effluent.

Electrolytic cell and system for treating water

A water treatment system is disclosed having electrolytic cell for liberating hydrogen from a base solution. The base solution may be a solution of brine for generating sodium hypochlorite, or potable water to be oxidized. The cell has first and second opposing electrode end plates held apart from each other by a pair of supports such that the supports enclose opposing sides of the end plates to form a cell chamber. One or more inner electrode plates are spaced apart from each other in the cell chamber in between the first and second electrode plates. The supports are configured to electrically isolate the first and second electrode plates and the inner electrode plates from each other. The first and second electrode plates are configured to receive opposite polarity charges that passively charge the inner electrode plates via conduction from the base solution to form a chemical reaction in the base solution as the base solution passes through the cell chamber.

Method for Manufacturing Hydrogen Microbubbles and Device Thereof
20220212922 · 2022-07-07 ·

Disclosed are a method for manufacturing hydrogen microbubbles (A1) and a device (10) thereof. The device comprises air pressure assembly (1) and a water container (2), wherein the water container (2) is loaded with water (A). The air pressure assembly (1) can perform gas suction and pressurization and the gas enters a hydrogen oscillation generation unit (3). The hydrogen oscillation generation unit (3) is internally provided with a magnesium alloy-manufactured hydrogen oscillator (4), and the hydrogen oscillator (4) is reacted with water molecules contained in the gas to obtain magnesium oxide and hydrogen. Then, the chemically reacted gas is sprayed by the hydrogen oscillation generation unit (3) into the water (A) via a gas spray nozzle (5), forming hydrogen microbubbles (A1) containing hydrogen in the water (A).

Apparatus and method for dechlorination of discharge water

A system and method for conditioning water is provided. A fluid flow sensor senses a flow of untreated discharge water passing through a water discharge drain line. The sensor generates one of a first sensor signal indicating a flow of the untreated discharge water and a second sensor signal indicating an absence of the flow of the untreated discharge water. A water conditioning controller transmits a first actuation signal to a conditioning agent pump when the first sensor signal is received, wherein a portion of a conditioning agent residing in a conditioning agent reservoir is pumped into the water discharge drain line to mix with the flow of untreated discharge water, and transmits a second actuation signal to the conditioning agent pump when the second sensor signal is received so that the portion of the conditioning agent is not pumped from the conditioning agent reservoir.

ELECTRICAL INTERLOCK SYSTEM FOR SWIMMING POOLS
20220271528 · 2022-08-25 ·

The Electrical Interlock System (EIS) for Swimming Pools provides the interconnection of the chemical feeders, main pool pump and flow rate in order to meet the government regulatory requirements. The EIS will have the ability to determine if the main pool pump is on, adequate water flow is present and vacuum pressure is within limits. In addition the EIS will provide GFCI protection regardless of electrical manufacturer and pool equipment manufacturer. Based on these conditions, the EIS will provide power to the main pool pump and chemical feeders or disconnect power as required.

Free Chlorine Maintained System

A method of maintaining a safe free chlorine level in a body of water for recreational use where the free chlorine level at a harmful level comprises determining if the free chlorine level in the body of water is above a safe level and adding sufficient DMH to the body of water to bring the free chlorine down to a safe level.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR POINT OF USE WATER MODIFICATION

A water use management system may be installed in a setting that contains a primary infrastructure for water use to provide an alternate, modular infrastructure for water use. Fresh water used at various points of use, such as a shower or sink, may be modified by a point of use water conditioner. Water may be modified at the point of use based upon pre-configured routines or manual user selections. Treatments performed on the water may include quality treatments, such as modifying the pH or mineral content, and may also include experience treatments, such as the addition of scents, colors, carbonation, or health and beauty supplements. Additives used during treatment are provided in cartridges that may be inserted and removed from the water conditioner. Cartridges may self-identify when inserted, to aid in compatibility and usability determinations and recycling/recertification processes.

GEOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS OF WATER CONDITIONS

An apparatus for aggregation of water condition at household appliances comprises a communication interface and a controller. The communication interface is configured to send a reporting message indicative of data collected by at least one appliance to a central server. The controller is configured to receive an analysis message from the central server. The analysis message indicates a condition of water from the at least one appliance or a condition of water in a geographic area associated with the at least one appliance. The controller is configured to provide an alert in response to the analysis message.
