High-concentration organic wastewater treatment reactor
The present invention discloses a high-concentration organic wastewater treatment reactor. A lower water distribution system, an upper water distribution system, a lower three-phase separator and an upper inclined plate separator are provided from bottom to top in a reactor body of the high-concentration organic wastewater treatment reactor. A gas-liquid separator is disposed on the top of the reactor body. The lower water distribution system and the upper water distribution system are connected to an influent pipe. A lower biogas ascending pipe connected to the gas-liquid separator is disposed on the top of the lower three-phase separator. An upper biogas ascending pipe and an effluent pipe are disposed above the upper inclined plate separator. An outlet end of the upper biogas ascending pipe is connected to the gas-liquid separator. A downcomer is disposed on the bottom of the gas-liquid separator. An air pipe is disposed on the top of the gas-liquid separator. The reactor of the present invention has the characteristics of low energy consumption, good effluent water quality, large biogas production, and no odor, is capable of enhancing the even water distribution and fully mixing sludge and water, have a high removal efficiency of pollutants. Moreover, an internal circulating water dilutes influent water. A system having a strong impact resistance ability and a reactor being operated stably for a long term are achieved.
Treatment systems including cover systems and media
A treatment system is disclosed and includes a storage basin for retaining liquid, a cover system that covers the storage basin, and media disposed within liquid retained in the storage basin. In an embodiment, the media may be attached to the cover system. In an additional or alternative embodiment, the media may be detached from the cover system. In some embodiments of treatment systems having detached media, one or more stands may be provided for supporting the media. Configuring the treatment system to include both the cover system and the media may improve the operational efficiency of the storage basin, and may increase the volume or amount of liquid that may be treated by the treatment system.
Two-Times-Two Tank Process and System
A method and plant for hydrolysis of a liquid substrate, having a dry solids content of between 2 and 30%, to be used in an anaerobic fermentation, digestion or another process aimed at producing or extracting methane or other valuable substances, which method and plant relies on the use of vacuum and several pulpers and one or several flashtanks in series for step-wise pre-heating and pressure reduction, respectively.
METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS CLEANING OF PROCESS WATER IN WASTE PAPER TREATMENT WITH CONTROL OF THE CONTENT OF INORGANIC SOLIDS
The present invention relates to a method and to a device for continuous cleaning of process water circulating in a device for treating waste paper. The process water is supplied, from a unit of the device, to an anaerobic reactor comprising a gas separator, and the cleaned process water is returned back to a unit of the device, wherein this unit is selected from: a pulper; screening device; dewatering unit; oxidation/reduction unit; centrifugal screening device; fine screening device; paper-machine mould section; paper-machine press section; reject treatment unit; fibre recovery unit; and drying section; wherein the content of inorganic solids in the reactor is measured and, if this content exceeds a pre-set limit value, process water from the reactor is continuously fed to a solid-liquid separator for separation into a fraction that is depleted of inorganic solids and a fraction that is enriched with inorganic solids, wherein the fraction that is depleted of inorganic solids is returned to the anaerobic reactor and the fraction that is enriched with inorganic solids is conveyed away out of the device, until the content of inorganic solids in the process water is less than the limit value.
