The electron beam can be oriented to be substantially head on to the direction of flow of the fluid in the conduit. A shielding assembly can be configured around the conduit. A cartridge filtering system and contaminant filtering system can be provided to remove additional contaminants.
Sequencing Batch Reactor Systems and Methods
Methods of treating wastewater with a sequencing batch reactor are disclosed. The methods include determining an anticipated flow rate of the wastewater and independently operating one or more reactor in a continuous flow mode responsive to the anticipated flow rate. Sequencing batch reactor systems are also disclosed. The systems include a plurality of reactors operating in parallel, a loading subsystem, a measuring subsystem, and a controller. The controller can be configured to independently operate each of the reactors in a batch flow mode or in a continuous flow mode responsive to the anticipated flow rate. Methods of retrofitting existing sequencing batch reactor systems and methods of facilitating treatment of wastewater with sequencing batch reactor systems are also disclosed.
A method for predicting operation effectiveness of decentralized sewage treatment facility by using support vector machine
A method for predicting operation effectiveness of a decentralized sewage treatment facility by using a support vector machine, comprising: simultaneously collecting an influent conductivity and an effluent conductivity, and recording operation effectiveness of the decentralized sewage treatment facility; training a training set by using the support vector machine, with the influent conductivity and effluent conductivity as input and the operation effectiveness of decentralized sewage treatment facilities as output, so as to construct a prediction model for the operation effectiveness of decentralized sewage treatment facilities; and collecting the influent conductivity and effluent conductivity of the treatment facilities to be predicted, and inputting them into the prediction model to obtain a predictive result. The method is not only highly accurate, but fast and inexpensive.
WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM, CONTROL DEVICE, WATER TREATMENT METHOD, AND PROGRAM
The present application includes a tank into which water to be treated flows, an imaging device for capturing an image of water into which coagulant has been added and that is stored in the tank, and a control device for performing grayscale processing of the image captured by the imaging device, performing differential processing of the image subjected to the grayscale processing, and determining the state of the aggregate in the water based on the feature value calculated from the result of performing differential processing.
Antimicrobial batch dilution system
An antimicrobial supply system employs a process water supply and incorporates a metallic ion supply connected to the process water supply to provide a high ion concentrate to an output. A dilution reservoir is connected to the metallic ion supply output and has an input from the process water supply. A pump is connected to an output of the reservoir. A manifold connected to the pump provides a dilute concentrate to at least one washing system and a recirculation loop to the dilution reservoir for enhanced mixing of the dilute concentrate. An electronics control module is connected to a first flow controller between the process water supply and the metallic ion supply and a second flow controller between the metallic ion supply and the reservoir for dilution control establishing a desired metallic ion concentration.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANAGING HOME APPLIANCE WATER USE
A water use management system may be installed in a setting that contains a primary infrastructure for water use to provide an alternate, modular infrastructure for water use. Fresh water used at various points of use, such as a shower or sink, may be diverted into the modular infrastructure prior to draining into the primary infrastructure. Once diverted, the precedent use water is received at a reservoir system where it is treated for a subsequent use. Treatment may include filtration and/or chemical treatment, and may be based upon sensor feedback from the reservoir system. Once treated, the water is ready for subsequent use and may flow from the reservoir system, via the modular infrastructure, to a subsequent point of use, such as a toilet.
Water treatment plant
A water treatment plant includes a central monitoring device, a control device, a control device, and a computation unit, and causes a water treatment apparatus and a water treatment apparatus to execute water treatment. The central monitoring device monitors the water treatment apparatus and the water treatment apparatus. The control device performs a first control for the water treatment apparatus. The control device performs a second control for the water treatment apparatus. The computation unit is located outside the central monitoring device and performs a first computation related to the first control using a first calculation model generated by a first machine learning.
DIGITAL MODEL BASED REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT OPERATION AND OPTIMIZATION
A digital twin model based operation and optimization of a reverse osmosis plant uses a data processing system to receive data for a reverse osmosis membrane in a plant that with a plurality of assets. The data processing system can determine a level of performance of the membrane based on the data for the membrane input into a model generated with sa topology indicative of one or more relationships and a flow path between the plurality of assets, predict, based on the model and responsive to the level of performance input into an optimization function for the plant, a time at which the level of performance degrades below a threshold, and provide an indication of the time at which the level of performance degrades below the threshold predicted using the optimization function to cause servicing of the membrane used to process the fluid at the plant.
