Implement Holder
An implement holder is disclosed. One embodiment provides an implement retention device including a main body having an attachment surface to secure the implement retention device to a mounting surface, a device retention surface having a retention slot that is wider than a device to be stored therein, the retention slot having a first side having an overhanging portion on at least a proximal end of the slot and a second side having an overhanging portion on at least a distal end of the retention slot, and a first magnet adjacent to the first side overhanging portion and a second magnet adjacent to the second overhanging portion, wherein when an implement is situated within the retention slot, the magnets rotate the implement and secures it behind the first overhanging portion and second overhanging portion. Other embodiments are disclosed herein.
Rapidly deployable protective backpack
A backpack (11) provides a protective utility vestment including a panel of armor material fully stored beneath the openable cover (22) an anterior chamber within the backpack, obscuring its existence. A pair of hand-graspable pull-tabs (31) connected to opposite lateral sides of the vestment allow rapid deployment of the vestment over the user's head and into position on the user's chest. The pull-tabs can be obscured on the shoulder supports (14,15) of the backpack until used. Decoy bands (43) on the shoulder supports can further enhance the obscuring effect. The pull-tabs can secure to the hip support pads (16,17) to further secure the vestment on the user's chest. A bottom deployed utility caddy can be stowed within a hidden medial compartment.
STORAGE CONTAINER FOR BELTS WITH ACCESORIES
The present invention refers to a container for security equipment which comprises an outer casing, an inside cylinder, a belt base and a lower casing.
Accessory Lanyard
In some embodiments, a lanyard comprises a body comprising a first end, a midportion and a second end. A first engaging member and a second engaging member are magnetically attracted to one another. The first end comprises a handle and the first engaging member. The second end is configured for attachment to a device.
GEAR TRACK SYSTEM
Systems for holding tactical gear, such as firearm magazines, weapons, etc., and for connecting such holders to a harness are described and may include a carrier, and an accessory holder that is configured to attach to the carrier. The carrier and/or the accessory holder may be formed from substantially rigid materials, such as plastic or the like, and may be configured to be easily attached and detached from one another, using preconfigured, integral connectors. The connectors may be configured to resist rotation of the carrier and accessory holder with respect to each other, and/or to secure the accessory holder at a fixed angle with respect to the carrier. The accessory holder may also include flanges, surface treatments, or other features, that assist in holding the accessory in the holder.
Article holder
An article holder having a first region with a first curvature, a second region, wherein the second region is continuously formed with the first region, and a third region having a pair of first openings, wherein the third region is continuously formed with the second region. In addition, the second region can include a pair of second openings. The first region can include a third opening. The first region can be at an angle relative to a vertical plane. Further, the first curvature of the first region can extend the length of the first region. In addition, the first region can include a first and second side that at least partially extend outwards from the center of the first region. Further, one side of the first region can include a second curvature that at least partially corresponds to the first curvature of the second region.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES AND METHODS FOR STORAGE OF, AND RAPID ACCESS TO ITEMS
Rapid access storage devices and systems are provided herein, which allow a user to quickly retrieve items stored behind, to the side of, or otherwise out of a comfortable reach range of the user. The devices comprise a housing, and at least one carriage retractable from the housing via a retraction assembly. Rapid access storage systems may comprise a wearable item, including hanging items, that include or are coupled to one or more rapid access storage devices.
Quick-Release Mounting System
A bag for securing a firearm, the bag including an opening proximal to a corner between a top wall of the bag and a side wall of the bag, the bag having a bag interior which includes an interior surface having a mounting panel configured for securing the firearm, the mounting panel comprising: a back side and a front side opposite to the back side, the back side for engaging to the interior surface, and the front side having one or more panel loops extending therefrom, whereby each panel loop forms an open channel between the panel loop and the front side of the mounting panel, wherein, the opening at each corner between the top wall and the side wall is configured for receiving a sling that engages opposing ends of the firearm inside the bag interior, such that the sling can be suspended from a shoulder of a user.
Bracket system for mounting objects on backpack frame
A bracket system for mounting objects on to a mounting frame such as a backpack frame or a vehicle equipment mount. The bracket system includes at least two sets of brackets. Each of the sets of brackets has three major components. The first major component is a flexible strap with a first end and second end, the second end formed with a T-shape. The second major is a right-hand bracket with a flexible strap anchor plate for affixing the first end of the flexible strap thereto, the first bracket further including a set of openings along one side for mechanically fastening to the mounting frame. The third component is a left-hand bracket formed with a variety of slots for receiving the second end of the flexible strap with the T-shape along one side and a set of openings along second side for mechanically fastening to the mounting frame.
TECHNIQUES FOR STORING, TRANSPORTING AND OPERATING A UAV
An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) module includes a UAV having foldable wings coupled to a body of the UAV, a UAV case having length and width dimensions that is constructed and arranged to operate in (i) a closed configuration that stores and protects the UAV while the UAV module is transported within the UAV case between locations with the foldable wings in a folded configuration, and (ii) an opened configuration that provides a base from which the UAV launches vertically from within the UAV case while the foldable wings of the UAV remain in the folded configuration. The UAV is constructed and arranged to automatically unfold the foldable wings outwards from the body of the UAV to form a fixed wing that extends beyond the length and width dimensions of the UAV case for fixed wing horizontal flight after the UAV is airborne.
