At least one cleaning element extends from the front side of the carrier plate. The back side of the carrier plate is secured to the front side of the support plate with a plastic material that is molded around at least a portion of the back side of the support plate and over at least a portion of the carrier and that fills a channel formed by a recess in at least one of the back side of the carrier plate and the front side of the support plate, thereby providing a non-detachable connection between the carrier plate and the support plate.

FLEXIBLE HAIR BRUSH
20180206626 · 2018-07-26 ·

There is herein provided a hair brush comprising a body portion formed from a material having a first flexibility; and a bristle mount formed from a material having a second, lesser, flexibility, coupled to the body portion, the bristle mount comprising a plurality of mount sections, each mount section having at least one bristle mounted thereon, wherein the mount sections are movable relative to one another in three dimensions such that the relative flexibility of the overall bristle mount is greater than the second flexibility, thereby enabling the bristle mount to substantially replicate bending or flexing of the body portion. Such a brush is highly flexible yet effective and may be easily adapted or shaped by a user to conform to the contours of, for example, a head or body.

ORAL CLEANING DEVICE WITH ADJUSTABLE SHAPE AND ORAL CLEANING METHOD

An oral cleaning device comprises a body which carries a set of projections. An actuator device is associated with one or more of the projections in the form of an electroactive polymer structure for adjusting a position of the associated one or more projections. This enables dynamic control of the cleaning function.

MOUNT FOR AN ORAL APPLIANCE
20240382298 · 2024-11-21 ·

A mount for an oral appliance. The mount comprises one or more holes that are configured to, when the mount is stretched in a first direction, cause a further deformation of the mount in at least one other direction, for example, to cause a bending or folding of the mount to improve clamping and conformation of the mount to oral tissues.

SUBSTRATE TREATMENT APPARATUS
20180078973 · 2018-03-22 ·

A substrate treatment apparatus includes a brush moving mechanism which moves a shaft to which a cleaning brush is attached. The brush body includes a substrate contact portion of a pillar-shaped portion. The substrate treatment apparatus further includes a correcting member and a relatively-positioning mechanism. When the correcting member is placed in a target position, a contact portion of the correcting member overlaps an object portion which is a combination of a design contact portion and a belt-shaped annular portion in an outer surface of a design pillar-shaped portion of a design body of a design brush. The contact portion is formed to have an inverted shape of the object portion of the design brush, and a portion of the contact portion, which corresponds to the belt-shaped annular portion, is a center-axis facing surface which faces a center axis of the shaft.

12202020 · 2025-01-21 ·

A method of utilizing a handheld bottle washer that includes compressing two flexible opposing sidewalls of the bottle washer with an external compression force to generate a dynamic position with a diameter of the enclosed washing aperture, inserting the two flexible opposing sidewalls into an opening of a bottle while in the dynamic position, releasing the external compression force causing the two flexible opposing sidewalls to expand outwardly to generate a static position with the diameter of the enclosed washing aperture greater than the diameter of enclosed washing aperture when in the dynamic position and with the cleaning material on the outer surfaces of each of the two opposing sidewalls contacting the inner surfaces of the bottle, and applying a downward force on the lower end of the handheld body to move the cleaning material on the inner surfaces of the bottle for cleaning.

Toothbrush

An improved toothbrush is provided. The improved toothbrush includes first and second flexible anchor portions; a plurality of bristles coupled to each of the first and second flexible anchor portions; and a soft pivot bar operably coupled to the flexible anchor portions.
