ADJUSTABLE COSMETIC BRUSH SYSTEM
A handle shaft has an upper end and a lower end. A cylindrical collar extends upwardly from the upper end of the handle shaft. The cylindrical collar has an open top. A brush head is formed of a plurality of elongated bristle fibers. The bristle fibers have lower ends secured in the open top of the cylindrical collar. The bristle fibers have free upper ends and a middle section. A ferrule assembly is axially reciprocable upon the cylindrical collar between a cleaning lower position and a raised position for cosmetic product application. The ferrule assembly is in sliding contact with the cylindrical collar. The ferrule assembly has a lower end and an upper end. The upper end is of a reduced circumference for sliding contact with the bristle fibers.
Device for applying a composition to the eyelashes or the eyebrows
A device (2) is provided for applying a composition (P) to the eyelashes and/or the eyebrows. The device includes a molded applicator member (8) including a core (10) having a longitudinal axis (X) and rows of teeth that are carried by the core (10), preferably at least five rows, two teeth belonging to two consecutive rows not being parallel. The outside surface of at least one segment of the core (10) includes only one toothless portion, or only two toothless portions that are situated substantially opposite each other, or each toothless portion being of angular extent lying in the range 75° to 110° around the longitudinal axis.
Brush with magnetic filaments
A brush with magnetic filaments is described. The brush may be used, for example, as a brush for applying a cosmetic material. The filaments of the brush may, in one example, be made of a synthetic material infused with magnetic material.
AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE CASE AND A MAKE-UP APPLICATOR ASSEMBLY FOR USE WITH AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE CASE
An electronic device case includes a housing to hold an electronic device on a first side of the case; a slidable drawer provided on an opposite side of the case, slidably retractable from the housing, the drawer containing removably selectable trays for storing make-up, and being arranged to magnetically interact with an inner surface of the drawer; and a make-up applicator arranged within the drawer, the make-up applicator being configured to magnetically interact with an inner surface of the drawer to enable the brush to be removably fixed in position within the drawer and to be released when gripped by a user.
WIPER FOR A COSMETIC PRODUCT APPLICATOR, ASSOCIATED DEVICE AND METHOD OF APPLICATION
The wiper (8) for a cosmetic product applicator (6) for a container (4) contains the cosmetic product, the wiper (8) extending along a longitudinal axis (A-A′) and defining an insertion direction of the applicator (6) into the container (4) from a proximal end of the wiper (8) toward a distal end of the wiper (8).
The wiper (8) comprises: a tube (16) having a longitudinal axis (A-A′), the tube (16) defining a distal region (30) of constant interior section; and a wiping lip (20) of the applicator (6) of longitudinal axis (A-A′), having an interior section becoming narrower in the insertion direction of the applicator (6) up to a distal passage orifice (44).
The wiper (8) comprises a connecting segment (18) connecting the distal region (30) of the tube (16) to a proximal end of the wiping lip (20), the interior section of the connecting segment (18) becoming wider along the insertion direction.
Mascara Applicator
Implementations described herein provide an apparatus and a method for applying mascara with a mascara applicator assembly. The mascara applicator assembly has a body. The body has an inner volume configured to accept mascara product. A stem is coupled to the body. The stem has a passage and one or more apertures. The one or more apertures extend through the stem and into the passage. A brush is disposed on a distal end of the stem and has a dispensing region and an application region. The dispensing region has bristle fibers arranged in an orientation different than the bristle fibers disposed in the application region.
COSMETIC BRUSH
A cosmetic brush is provided that is capable of enhancing an ability to retain a liquid cosmetic material and making fine adjustment to the eyelashes easier. The cosmetic brush comprises a core wire part and a bristle group radially attached to the core wire part around an axis of the core wire part continuously in a helical state in an axial direction of the core wire part. The bristle group has bristles each constituted by integrating a basic fiber made up of a plurality of bundled constituent fibers and a wound fiber helically wound around an outer circumferential surface of the basic fiber.
WIRE-CORE APPLICATOR WITH BEVELLED HOLLOW FIBER BRISTLES
A mascara brush comprising a core made of at least two wire sections twisted with one another along a wire-core longitudinal axis and a set of bristles made of bristles formed from plastic filaments, each of said bristles being held in a clamped manner between the two wire sections and being formed on the free ends thereof with or without a wedge-shaped bristle tip, wherein the bristles, at least partially, are formed from internally hollow filaments, a solution is provided with which the mass delivery in relation to the known applicators is improved. Same is achieved in that, in particular at least, the bristles formed on the inside in a hollow manner on the radially outward free ends have an oblique cut in the form of a simple wedge and comprise a wedge-shaped bristle tip comprising at least one cut surface forming a wedge.
COSMETIC BRUSH CLEANING AID
A cosmetic brush cleaning apparatus and processes for streamlining cleaning, drying, and/or storing cosmetic brushes are described. The cosmetic brush cleaning apparatus may include elevated elements to aid in cleaning and drawing out make-up, dirt, debris, etc., in the fibrous heads of cosmetic brushes. The cosmetic brush cleaning apparatus may include draining mechanisms for removing excess water resulting from the cleaning process. The cosmetic brush cleaning apparatus may include an elevated wall that follows a contour of the cosmetic brush cleaning apparatus for retaining water within the elevated wall of the cosmetic cleaning apparatus and/or securing cosmetic brushes for drying and storing cosmetic brushes. The cosmetic brush cleaning apparatus may include one or more additional drying elements for drying and/or storing the cosmetic brushes. The cosmetic brush cleaning system enables users to deep clean cosmetic brushes efficiently and conveniently dry and/or store the cosmetic brushes.
