METHODS FOR PRODUCING LAMINATE GLASS ARTICLES
According to one or more embodiments described herein, a laminate glass article may be produced by a method that includes providing a first glass sheet and a second glass sheet, assembling the first glass sheet and second glass sheet into a glass stack, and bonding the first glass sheet to the second glass sheet to form the laminate glass article. In one or more embodiments, an intermediate layer may be positioned between the first bonding surface and the second bonding surface, the first bonding surface and the second bonding surface may be roughened surfaces, or the first bonding surface and the second bonding surface may be chemically treated by vacuum deposition.
Attachment method using anodic bonding
The invention relates to an anodic bonding method for bonding two elements with an intermediate layer. The invention especially, but not exclusively, relates to an anodic bonding method for between a metallic element and a heterogeneous element, for example a glass, artificial sapphire or ceramic element. The specificity and aim of the present invention is to produce an assembly that is gas-tight and fluid-tight, solderless, brazing- or welder-free and without organic compound (glue). The present method has multiple industrial applications, including making it possible to attach a watch-glass, typically made of mineral glass, sapphire or transparent or translucent ceramics, to a bezel or case middle of a watch case using the anodic bonding technique.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GLASS PANEL, AND GLASS PANEL
An object is to enable sealing of a peripheral portion of a glass panel with less effort and time. A first metal introduction device 5A is moved from one first corner A at which two sides intersect each other of a pair of rectangular glass plates, toward another end of a first side Vab of the two sides, while performing filling with a metal material. Before the metal material filling the first corner A is solidified, a second metal introduction device 5B is moved from the first corner A toward another end of another second side Vad, while performing filling with a metal material. After the first side Vab and the second side Vad are filled with the metal material, both glass plates are rotated by 180 degrees, and the first metal introduction device 5A is moved toward another end of a fourth side Vcd of two sides intersecting each other at a second corner C diagonal to the first corner A, while performing filling with a metal material. Before the metal material filling the second corner C is solidified, the second metal introduction device 5B is moved from the second corner C toward another end of another third side Vbc, while performing filling with a metal material.

Synthetic quartz glass lid and optical device package
A synthetic quartz glass lid is provided comprising a synthetic quartz glass and an adhesive formed on a periphery of a main surface of the window member. Further, an optical device package is provided comprising a box-shaped receptacle having an open upper end, an optical device received in the receptacle, and a window member of synthetic quartz glass bonded to the upper end of the receptacle with an adhesive. The adhesive is a low-melting metallic glass consisting of Te, Ag and at least one element selected from W, V, P, Ba, and Zr.

GLASS PANEL AND GLASS WINDOW
An object is to enable suppression of thermal leakage at a peripheral portion of a pair of glass plates disposed so as to be opposed to each other with a gap interposed therebetween. A pair of glass plates 1A, 1B are disposed so as to be opposed to each other with a gap V interposed therebetween, and a periphery sealing metal material 3 is provided which joins the pair of glass plates 1A, 1B at a peripheral portion V1 thereof so as to seal the gap V in an airtight state. The periphery sealing metal material 3 interposed between opposed inner surfaces of the pair of glass plates 1A, 1B contains, in a mixed manner, a thermal insulation material 30 having lower thermal conductivity than that of the periphery sealing metal material 3.
